We dont have any Defense service back ground. It should not suppose to take that long.
There are chances that immigration officer have kept our file aside and forgot to work on it.

My all plans are pending to be executed just because of PPR.
Have couple of good job offer but can not joined them untill decession on my application is final.
Plus, this wait time.

No. I ordered my GCM notes after 4 months and my eligibility was showing met. But my emplyer got the call after 5.5 months.
So, that is for sure that LMIA applications are taking more time to get finalize.
Typically, Our employment is already scanned when we employer put LMIA request. Than, why so much processing time ?

hello all! my application is Lmia based too. this is stupid processing system. lmia is just for one year and they are taking more then one year just for the money $255 from each Bowp. I am completing 11 month tomorrow. i feel so helpless. dont know what to do. just stuck here.

I dont know why they are giving us such a special treatment.
LMIA application should process fast as it based on Market assesment.

I think u can change job after getting BOWP. As FSW gets BOWP with no restrictions

I got call in oct but in my gcms notes my eligibility is " recommended passed" in sept after than till now ots recommended passed and my security and criminality is not started , i dont know what to think about it but i am planning to submit my paper application too, i can't be depend on express entry anymore ..
