After R10, there are many other factors to be checked by CIC [such as employment letters, NOCs, funds, criminal check, background check, travels, changes in situation post-AOR, etc.] - so basically it's just as many more excuses for them to reject a case. Probably sounds unfair and scary, so just keep in mind it happened to some while not to others. I guess all we have to do is pray the agent processing the PR is a good gentle soulflavdcosta said:

No I think one prepaid envelop is to be enclosed with return address, while the one with their address is the one in which you will send the requirements.
