Guys , anyone who has applied online ??

I am just wondering while applying online , do we get an option under which category (SPP/Univ?General) do we apply ??

P.S : Will be applying in a weeks time so want to avoid the delay caused due to VFS processing as well as online requires lesser documentation.

Any ideas/suggestion ??

1. on 30 june my ielts score got expired and i submitted on same day. i have checked online . they have received on 30 june

2. there is no english language condition in offer letter.

3. my profile is

10th - 83%
12th - 73%
Btech-82%
2 year exp
Fees paid for 1 semester
remaining bank loan
got in university of windsor

Hi there,

We were a permanent resident in Singapore until 2012.
Completed my O level in Singapore (10th Standard) - All A grades (We were PR in Singapore. But due to my Father's parent were aged and sick had to give it up and move back to India)
Completed my +12 CBSE system in India - 87%
Got admission at university of Windsor for UG in Mechanical Engineering with Aero space option
English test Waived by university. But still completed my TOEFL 109/120
Submitted all documents (paper based) through VFS Global, Chennai on 23-Jun-2014.
Medical done.
Paid 1st Year Fee
Paid C$10000/- for GIC investment Bond
Financial proof shown for 4 year fees and stay.
Two weeks over since I applied for visa . Waiting for my visa.

Here is a good news. Just got a mail from CIC Delhi that my study permit is approved. Feeling exited.
But VFS Global site still shows :
Visa application, tracking ID No.____ is being processed at the Canada Visa Office, NEW DELHI.To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website.
I think CIC Delhi will dispatch my passport today to Chennai.

Hi guys, I'm in the waiting game too.
I'm from South America and I applied on-line

My dates are:

Category: University - McGill University Full Funding

*Study permit application on-line : 24/06/2014
*Biometrics (Colombian requirement): 26/06/2014
*Medical Exam Request: 27/06/2014
*Medical Exam done : 02/07/2014

And no more...
My CIC status still: "we need your medical information" but the physician assistant told me that the results had gone on Friday 4th

Anyone knows what next ?, CIC informs about the reception of the medicals???
How long I'll have to wait to get the final response?

No if its University. I am not sure if its college. Anyhow I am sure they are not going to look into the dates

Applied on 23-Jun-2014 in VFS Global Chennai and file transferred to Delhi on 24-Jun-2014. Got the mail on 10-Jul-2014.

I am new to this group. My younger brother is planning to take admission in Lamber college and we are totally in gray and currently not able to decide to opt this college or not
There are so many question which are running in mind like


Is there any shuttle of the college?
Is college staff is friendly with the students and whether they help students in their assignment?
What is the reputation of the college?
What about the Campus placement?
Accomodation is cheaper or costlier?

Please provide your suggestion/ feedback on this college.

Damn, i got rejected though spp had applied on 5th june, then re-applied on 3rd july under general category. any idea how much time it takes? its already been 13days now.. plus i have one doubt, when i had applied through spp, i had attached my original medicals, and this time i didnot,(since i din have it, not even the photocopy) can that be a problem?? but if it was , they would have either mailed, sms, or put on the tracking website. Im way worried now. PLEASE ANY ONE HELP!
