Yes, I agree. Do not leave any gaps in the student questionnaire or in your visa application form. Submit all the docs you mentioned in the student questionnaire. Apply again. You will get it.

If it is paper based application, it will take minimum 15 working days from the day the VO receives your file. If it is online, it will take lesser time. I applied on 23rd June 14 via VFS Global, Chennai. Paper based application. I got the Study permit approval mail on 10 Jul 2014.
