I guess, this is the peak time of applications for student permit!! It's alright for people who will get the permit but will leave not time for applicants wishing to re-apply.

I completely agree with you . But we applied so many days before the start of July , so its not totally our mistake , many who applied during 12,13th,16th etc have got visa already. Its bit of delay , why we don't know.
