Applied general visa on 2nd of july VFS delhi: advance diploma in advance biotechnology(research) at seneca college.
Got ielts/toefl exemption from college but submitted my old toefl in which I scored 69 ,I guess this score is low. Would it be problem for me ?

Me and my friend both applied for visa he applied at vfs chandigarh whereas i applied at dehi vfs he got his visa today (19th june)
When i will be able to get it???

If your college has no issues with it then I don't think Visa Officer will have any problem with it unless that person is mad.

We were a permanent resident in Singapore until 2012.
Completed my O level in Singapore (10th Standard) - All A grades (We were PR in Singapore. But due to my Father's parent were aged and sick had to give it up and move back to India)
Completed my +12 CBSE system in India - 87%
Got admission at university of Windsor for UG in Mechanical Engineering with Aero space option
English test Waived by university. But still completed my TOEFL 109/120
Submitted all documents (paper based) through VFS Global, Chennai on 23-Jun-2014.
Medical done.
Paid 1st Year Fee
Paid C$10000/- for GIC investment Bond
Financial proof shown for 4 year fees and stay.
Two weeks over since I applied for visa . Waiting for my visa.
