Hi Brandon,

Congrats on ur decision. The way this caps get fill u cant predict but the way ur noc has approached its second highest in the list and only 94 in a month so u have a fair chance of making it in time. Go ahead with ur decision without any doubt what so ever. But will recommend to apply early if possible.

I was just reading the thread for June 2011 applicants, and there is this person whose app was received on 22 June. And the BD was encashed yesterday. That gives me some hope!!! Here's the link

This is what I've been saying earlier as well, if you see the last year's pattern (check the thread 'applications after 26/6') there have been cases of people who applied in early July and the BDs got en-cashed in Sep'2010. This year due to the very high influx of applications, it's going to be very difficult to predict, this has become like a lottery draw.

Just cam to know that today is the first working day in canada for the month of August.. it was long weekend out there..
