Hi jijitipie,

Mine is 5 pages on company letterhead. It's a continuous certification. Meaning "This is to certify that.........his compensation includes, etc etc.... and his duties and responsibilities include,, etc etc.." then at last page, signed by the personnel head. Each page with a company seal stamped but only last page was signed.

Any idea?

thanks,

FrancisC

Hi Francis C,

It is ok, as long as someone signs your employment certificate and a dry seal ( i found out that this is as applicable only)..you are good to go..also provide the business card of the one who signs..in case you can't just ask his/her contact number for background check and attach it to your certificate...Send your forms ASAP..NOC 3152 fills up FAST... :D :D

yep. same as with sushicat.anyways, aside from my Detailed JD. I have a separate
cert of emmployment and separate cert of compensation :) My detailed JD is also 5 pages (I think)
then I only have it signed by my supervisor on the last page.. "certified by: _____"
sushicat, My JD was signed by my immediate supervisor..so I submitted her calling card..
then my Cert of employment was signed by the immediate personnel head so I aslo attached his calling card..
so I have 2 reference person? one for my JD who knows my duties and resp.. and one for my COE..
is it okay? :)

really worried about the cap and the required score..because the agency estimated my score
and it reaches 68points..but Im worried about the views of the CIO agent..wheeew!! *nervous*

Hi Sushicat29 and jijitipie,

Is it ok if I substitute payslips for some of the duration of my work instead of contract? There are some gaps in my employment where no copies of new contract were given to me (my work as CI is renewable every semester) and the school personnel office cannot find their copy. It's good I was able to save my payslips. If so, do I need to insert an explanation letter? All the gaps, I have a payslip available.

Thanks,

FrancisC

What are needed to prove employment experience? Do the need verification of license? And can submit leyter from nurse manager instead of from HR?

You need to provide a reference letter from ur immediate superior..
at the end of the letter provide his/her personal telephone number and e-mail with his/her signature
better if u provide the visiting card of the person who signs ur reference letter

Hi everyone,

Do we have to provide JD and COE for our work experience which are not in the 29 priority profession but included in our 10 year work history? For example for the last 10 years I have 2 different jobs, the most recent as a nurse (NOC 3152) and the other was 9 years ago as a computer programmer (NOC 2174) which is not included in the 29 priority professions but falls under NOC A category. Do I have to provide a detailed JD, Work contract, pay stubs and COE like the nursing job? In other words, do we provide only detailed documents where we can be assessed? Computer programming is not eligible for assessment but is included in my work history in the last ten years and therefore has to be in the list. However, do I need to include detailed supporting papers aside from plain COE or do I even need to include a COE as NOC 2174 is not eligible for assessment without a job offer?

Any idea?

Thanks everyone,

FrancisC

Hi FrancisC,

If you want points for these employment then it is better to provide all the evidence so that the IO is convinced it is genuine.

However, one of your employment should be in the 29 NOC in the last 10 years and you should have worked at least 1 year full time or equivalent part time in that NOC.

Hope this is helpful.

On basis of the link posted below, I'm assured that none of the NOCs have reached the cap limit of 500.Not even 1122.

Thanx.
