okay, soo i've read many times on this forum that PR holders cant leave Canada while application is in process...? where can i read that, because i have been searching?

I think it's mostly during inland applications and you would have a TRP

Yes I was just going to input . . . it's the applicant of an "inland PR application" who must remain in Canada while in process.

A Canadian PR sponsor must remain in Canada during the application process of a spouse... you can of course take short trips for a visit 1 to 2 weeks they just don't want you living outside of Canada during the process.

Yes. Canadian citizens can. Canadian permanent residents, however, need to be in Canada during the sponsorship/immigration process.
