Josh, you have opened my eyes for some crucial elements and I was inspired!

It gave me so many hints. One to share is possibility to get Canadian certificate/course/diploma in your speciality even before arriving.
Here is general link: learn4good.com/distance_learn/distance_learn_canada.htm

I think it is very wise to do something in order to receive decent work. Moreover, you can choose the significance of your degree according to your time and money possibilities. In any way, I think we have to ensure our future.

Thanks for sharing that link. :)

What an inspiring story Josh! Are you still in Vancouver?

dear josh

u held up pretty well! well done. :)

Wonderful story. God bless hardworking people.

I have a question popping up........what if we plan to take up some online canadian courses prior to landing in Canada.....will that be recognized and help in getting the job when we land there??

Just curious, if anyone has gone through this kinda experience.

hi Josh,

Your awesome, Long story but very impormative and sure we'll get something about life in canada, this post is one of the most useful for all aspiring immigrants. thank you, to be honest i will read it again...Godbless all. struggles are way to success....Hope evryone will soon get our Dreams..settling down in Canada is not that easy, needs a lot of hardwork , perseverance and patience and not to mention the agony of being alone...cheers...!!! Hope God will always be there to guide us here..rEMEMBER YOUR SUCCESS WILL ONLY BE POSSIBLE IF GOD IS WITH YOU!!! so help us God.

:) Josh your views are very well taken.

Things in western countries never workout so easily, my experience says one has to always work smart keeping in mind what and how you can get basic money and then improve on that.

I am finishing my on-line course soon. I really believe it will help me to find a job, because it will support that my home-country education is the same level as Canadian (receiving a good mark just supports your education and level made at home). And the course you choose get you introduced to the Canadian market (depends on the course you choose).

Good luck to all of us!
