They've sent me a "additional information letter needed" but I have not received it yet

My status says that one the Feb 11, 2022, they sent me a "additional information needed letter" but I have not received it yet and been over 3 weeks.

Is there a way to contact them?

Yes you can. You can either call IRCC (it may take a lot of time to finally catch someone, be ready to wait) or send a webform.

Its disconnecting me , too many callers to talk to someone. I did the webform last night. Thanks! i thought that didnt have a number

Kinda anxious , im reading that after 30 days of no response from the additional information, they can considered it abandoned.

So I got 8 days left to send the info they want.

Given that you sent them a webform already, I wouldn't worry about it. You can even contact them to say that you may need more time given the delay to provide what's asked for, they'll be flexible. It would only be considered "abandonned" if you ghost them for no reason.

Also, they're more accessible by phone early in the morning. Try to call right when they open.
