This whole thread is stirred up only because one post made by one user. Also do not quote something from some one, who is just like you - another user. If it is not a legit source (like government), there is no point trying to scare others.
Administrative Refusal is NOT an actual refusal to USA. Please don't keep pushing an idea just because you have one.
You will not have any problem later entering USA. Later when you try to enter USA, it will depend on the application you made.
The only thing that making some people cry is, the word "REFUSAL", what other terms were they going to use?

To get REFUSED - FIRST YOU HAVE TO APPLY FOR A VISA to USA. HOW CAN THEY REFUSE YOU, IF YOU have not applied? Administrative Refusal is not an actual denial! If you just walk in and they turn you around, there is no record of you being there.
