The reason for rejection states

Hello Ark,

If possible can you please share the roles and responsibilities mentioned in the experience letter and your friend's job title. I know I am asking too much but the reason I am asking this is that I have also applied under 0213 and I am in the process of getting all the documents. I don't want to make the same mistake as your friend did. Your reply will be really helpful. If you cannot give these details on this forum can you please PM the details to me.

the job descriptions are probably not suited for 0213 noc. and possibly only a few jobs are only related to it.

A few days ago I received a rejection letter (NOC 1111)
My advise to you is when you collect the Company letters certifying your experience, ask the (ex-)employers to write exactly the same and all the duties as enlisted in the NOC. However, if there is difference between the duties enlisted in the initial application and the one which you are going to mail now, this may also be a problem. This was my bitter case.
My status online is not updated with the rejection. It shows as follows:
We received your application for permanent residence on July 17, 2008.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 13, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the London England office on March 17, 2009. The London England office may contact you.

When you were login in to ECAS did you get this status: VISA OFFICE ELIGIBILITY REVIEW COMPLETE?
I am asking this because my status is that now and when i click i can see only following.
We received your application for permanent residence on May 7, 2009.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 10, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
We transferred your application to the London England office on June 17, 2009. The London England office may contact you.
I can not see below line in my status even i have received AOR from London England Office.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
When did you received your rejection letter and was they sent you full file back or just original docs? please confirm.

I am also under the categoty of NOC 1111, New Delhi. I am waiting for my AOR (reached there on 15.10.09). If we have mentioned our all duties in our initial application and it get approved fron NS then why it get rejected in CHC (as in your case). It means there is no importance of initial approval from NS.

I agree with you but what i understand that NS only take decison based on what you write on application form and Local CHC will take final decison depending on document evidence. I think it is not good practice becuase you waste all your time and money for prepating full docs based on approval from NS and after that if you come across rejection then all your hard work, time & money will go in bin.....
What's other members comment on this.

But if a person has got approval from NS and present all the genuine documents according to the initial application then why it is the question of rejection. I am planning to file by my own but now i think there is a need of consultant.

I personally don't think consultant make any difference with regards to this case becuase this is a standard procedure. Personally myself spend a lot of time & money to prepare full docs for london CHC and i am waiting for outcome. Chances of rejection is 99% becuase of my ECAS status.
This forums is great and you can all information from CIC website and you can take help from here so i don't see to appoint consultant in any case.

Desai, they returned only the University Transcript in original. All other dosuments are still with them which means that I lost a lot of money for translations/certification incl the IELTS result (where I got 7.0). I'm still waiting the processing fees to be returned to me.

Earlier on CIC site for my case there was a message saying that visa eligibility review is complete. According to me in Sydney they only check if your application reaches benchmark 67 (mine did).

Later the CIC decides if the application is eligible for the new NOC requirements ...

Simsinghill, I received the rejection on 12 December. However, the CIC letter is dated 19/10/09 and it was posted from London only on 19/11/09 (1 month later!)

Wish you luck guys. I'm very dissapointed... :-[

Thank you for your information. Did you ask London CHC to reconsider your case?
My case is similar to yours and ECAS updated last monday with Visa Office Eligibility Review Complete. I am expecting rejection soon.
Did they kept all original referance letters from your employers and original IELTS result as well?
I have also spend lot of money and time to prepare all docs for london CHC. I am still not sure whether NS only check passmark or NOC or both.ot
But overall my experiance was not good as well. Are you going to try again or not?

I spoke with immigration consultant and was advised that even if I appeal the rejection , the chance to win was very small.
Yes CIC kept the reference letters and IELTS result.The consultant says I can require returning the docs. But some of them will expire by the time I need to re-submit them .

I already wrote above that they returned the University transcript only (which was sent in original.) and no other documents.
The Reference letters weren't returned.

CHC ,ND office deals with more apps than any other office in this world.
There are more faruds case in ND.
So there are more rejection cases.
