Tamee,
They accept photo copied pictures? I did'nt know that, we just assumed they did'nt and we had 2 copies of every picture we ever took.

scanned or photocopied photos is fine. If the Visa Office has any reason to believe a photo has been doctored or edited, they may request an original if the picture is important to proving a relationship (ie. wedding photo's).

I've only heard of the above situation happening a few times and in each case the original photo had been changed to represent a more favorable situation for the applicant.

All the photos I have are digital, so I used Microsoft Word to place 6 photos per page on the document, along with captions underneath with the specific date and a description of the significance of each photo.

I also know of many cases where people simple B&W photocopy photos and use that - so as long as you can make out what the photo is.

I sent originals, if you already made extra copies it seems easier to send those than to go to the extra step of scanning or printing photo quality copies. At my husband's interview, they returned EVERYTHING that was sent in with our application. The photos, the stack of used phone calling cards, bank statements, western union receipts, plane boarding passes.

That really depends which VO will be processing your application. We only sent in 60, but we were being processed out of Manila, a relatively easy VO (in my opinion). You might be able to cut your selection in half.

Quality is more important than quantity. Wedding/honeymoon photos, large family photos, vacation photos, nice romantic dinners, and photos of other big events with both of you together is best. 20 photos like those are better than 200 photos of you two drinking coffee at Starbucks or sitting on on the bus (without showing any intimacy).
