I still see several on FB. Most are older apps, so they are probably going back to find those they missed. By the end of Oct, there were more FSW than CEC left, so it makes sense.

CEC draws on hold is a big boost for all outlanders; the more the remaining CEC backlogs are cleared, the more resources they have to work on pending outland files and that’s why PPR pace keeps increasing by the day for outlanders
