After 2 years of processing time, my wife and I received the passport request email.

The data on the IRCC application status page never really changed throughout the application ("we have not received your biometrics..." was displayed till the day before receiving the email.

Hi guys any Mexico VO applicants who got PPR recently trying to see how long it takes to get the passport back. Got PPR nov 3, sent passport on Nov 10.

Update Marital Status and Address Change (to Canada): March 29, 2022
Confirmation of Updated Details from IRCC: May 19, 2022
Re-medical, new Schedule A, and new Police Clearance Request: June 16, 2022 (submitted next day)
Medicals passed: June 28, 2022
Request Letter confirming address and contact in Canada: Nov 29, 2022
(Responded saying that I'm currently in the Philippines for the holidays and requested a PPR instead of being referred to a landing office)
PPR: Same day, Nov 29, 2022

Thank you all who posted updates, it made the two year wait bearable. I hope all who are still waiting get their approvals soon!

Please did you send them any emails while waiting. Il be 2 years post AOR soon and really bothered.
