Looks like a lot of Outlanders with 2019 AORs are getting their PPR now.
Seems to be another one from a FB group - US resident, AOR Sep 2020:

We applied for PR when we were in the US (AOR Sep 2020, FSW Outland), we received PPR earlier this week but since we do not have a US/CAN mailing address anymore (since we moved back to home country 2 months ago), we notified our VOC. We sent them the email 2 days ago but did not received any mail back.

- How long do they usually respond? Do you normally NOT get an acknowledgement letter?
- After you send your passport for stamping, how long do you usually wait until you get your passport with stamp back?
