I encountered the same too. Don't click the underlined status.Refresh your browser or try accesing ecas on other browsers.
If it doesn't work...try accessing it after a day or two.
:)

Thank you mrsalvaro :)

When you guys are going into ECAS, are you going in under Sponsorship and then putting in your sponsor's information?

I ask because this is what I'm doing, and nothing works. Just want to confirm if I'm doing everything right.

Yes, you go to sponsorship, then select the option of sponsoring spouse living outside of Canada: check mark the read and understood terms and conditions box: Under Identification type, select Client ID/Unique Client ID # (UCI): look on your spouse's SA letter, enter the corresponding UCI #s into that field. Enter yours spouse's original last name, birthdate, and birthplace. Press continue and it should work. If it doesn't work than somewhere you entered the wrong information, which has happened to me a couple of times: for instance putting March, instead of May down, as her birthdate.

You got this man, everything is under your spouse's name, not yours. This should help. Good luck to you and everybody else.

Thanks for taking the time to run through it BossJosh.

I've double checked and tripled checked, and everything I enter is correct. Still nothing comes up. Sigh....

Thanks Hungary. At least I'm not the only one. Have you not received your AOR/SA yet? I'm praying for good news for you soon!

You are not clicking on the right part.

When you sign in with the sponsor's information you should see

SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION (S)

Sponsored Person Sponsorship Application Status Permanent Resident Application Status
xxxxxxx Decision Made Application Received

If you click on Decision made under the sponsorship application or on the application received section... you will get more information

You may not see anything under the PR application status yet.

Underneath this is the box to withdraw your consent to be able to view your application online... you have to click the box and submit... This is what you don't want to touch

Hope this helps

As far as I understand, NDVO does PPR at the beginning of the process. I don't think their PPR is quite as exciting as ours.

You are right ksimental, from what I read from the forum, NDVO ask for the passport at the beggining of the process and they keep it during the whole time it takes. So it means they starting processing this case.

Good monday everyone
