Hey Everyone!!
Congrats to all who have received their SAs and AoRs ;D :D.

Just to update, we had finally gotten fed up of waiting for anything in the mail from CIC so we called CIC on Aug 14th
They said that we got our SA on Aug 12!!! FINALLY 8) :) :) and that the File has been transferred to New Delhi already ;D :D :D :D.
They also sad that the AoR was issued on July 30th

But I was checking ECAS at the same time we were on the phone and it was only saying “Application received” ... and was changed to “Decision made” on Aug 15th...so they can be really slow updating ECAS.

Good to know that your application is finally getting somewhere Hungary. Hope things run smoothly for you from now on.
And good luck to all the others

Ohh great news girl!!!!!! Congrats!!! ;)

I feel better now, knowing they are not sending it back. It will be fine now. ;)

I just got my SA! Our file is being transferred to Mexico City. I'm hoping and praying and wishing that this strike will end and they will process our files quickly. I'm considering moving back to Mexico to be with my husband while we wait so, that is a decision I will have to make in the next few months.

Happy Friday all!! :D

Congratulations to you!!! And its a great idea to move where your husband is, I wish I could do the the same thing, but we might not be able to for now...

mrsalvaro, thanks a lot! I saw the spreadsheet and my name too..thanks a lot..But how did you know that you're upfont medical result is already at CEM?my doc told me that they sent it already at the embassy..how do I check my status?

I called my Designated Medical Practitioner (DMP) on the 1st week of July after we submitted the application and the clinic said they already forwarded my medical results to the Canadian Embassy Manila.

I checked the other day the status of our application and just found out that Medicals have been received under my Permanent Residence Application Status thru our ECAS noting that specific update wasn't there even a few weeks after our Sponsorship Approval.

You will be able to acces ECAS too. You already have your AOR and in the letter you can find your UCI No. together with your application no. Tha UCI No. is the one that you have use when you log in to your ecas account thru the cic website.

:) :) :)

Congratulations dear! Finally, you can breathe now. I am so happy for you sis. :)

I already updated your progress on the spreadsheet. :)

Bring on SA for the rest of us!!

I am one happy girl here.

Hello everyone!

This week has given most of us smiles on our faces. The news on Sponsorship Approvals and AORs is a sign for all of us that there's always a light at the end of the tunnel.

I am so happy for all of you guys who made progress since the start of this thread.

And to those who are still about to receive the good news, don't give up and just stay positive. Always remember that what we are experiencing right now...the hardships, the stress and disappointments ....they are all worth the wait. Let us remind ourselves that when we want something to happen, we fight for it, endure it as best as we can.

All of this are just part of the process. It will end in it's proper time...and when that time comes, we will all be finally reunited to our spouses and loved ones.

So good luck to everyone. Let's invite positive vibes and cheer ourselves up. Pray and just enjoy life. :)

Thank you so much mrsalvaro for your positive words during such a stressful time. And for all your help to us all, answering all our questions.

It's good to know there are people out there willing to help each other and to lend support.

:)

P.s. Is there a spreadsheet for all applications or the last year or so? I wanted to look for timelines on other people who are going through Rome VO. I can't find anyone going through Rome. I hear its a slow VO but I don't see any applicants so i find that strange.

Thanks

Hi Guys,

I called CIC this morning and I was informed that my SA letter was sent out via mail on Aug 15th. Finally!!!! :) :) :)
