Since you received your AOR, I don't think you need to worry about ECAS. I don't think CPC-M is accurate on their ECAS updates.

Regarding your SA, I think the timeline should be this week according to the others who got it. Since Monday is long weekend, I am assuming yours will come in either today or tomorrow.

Don't worry about it. Everyone's prayers are there for you.!!

Thanks shan30. I think I just needed a rant. I don't see what the hold up is, if the sponsor is a Canadian citizen, has never sponsored anyone before, and has a clean criminal record.

I am a January Applicant but I decided to visit your thread (the name got me!) and noticed a few of you are in my 'hood - I am a US citizen/applicant being sponsored by my hubby and when it is all over we headed to Coquitlam BC where we just bought a house!

Regarding the profile information that appears on the left side, you need to have 10 posts so you can modify your profile.

To modify profile, click profile on the uppermost right side of the page and then click profile. Afterwards, you will be directed to the profile info page. On the right side of the page, on the tab that says modify profile , click the Forum Profile Information.Then you input your infos like date of app, aor received, visa office, med's done, etc.

Im down with that man, I dont have any friends up there, it would be nice to start a friendship with similar interests like this. Ill be visiting my girl from time to time as we wait out this process, if you want to meet up sooner, let me know. Congratulations on landing though, and on buying a house!! That's a major accomplishment, especially the way the house prices are in the neighboring city Vancouver. im hoping that the housing prices wont be too expensive once i land.

Prices are ridiculous! That's why we had to buy outside of the city. I am waiting for my COPR to arrive so I can go Canada and land and start WORKING! Buying a house is more difficult with one income...

Will keep you posted on the landing process in Vancouver! Hopefully it comes sooner than later!

It's because I'm from the states and we are a visa exempt country, they'll hardly ever ask for an interview. And I'm not 100% sure but I think it applies for all visa exempt countries.

Hey there bro, don't lose hope. I'm sure your SA will come this week. Just think positive bro...you good news will come sooner than you expect it to be.
Some applicants get their SA in more than 30-35 days. In fact, there is 3 June 2013 applicant who until now doesn't have her AOR/SA.

We are praying for your sponsorship approval. Give it a few days, afterwards you can try calling CPC-M for updates.
