The hearing has postponed due to no IRB member available.

Did they say that they will reschedule another hearing soon? what was the postponing reason?

Adminstrative. When I called they said maybe 2-4 months. It is now 6 months

My hearing was cancelled on 12th April bc of no member too. My case officer told me that
My file was complete but no member is available. Is there any thing I could do?
Or just wait for IRB to give me another date. This makes a person seriously
Depressed when you are in the middle of nowhere. Could somebody plz share the experience?

yesterday I received a mail regarding postponing the hearing date, I talk to them and they said we have too much traffic of refugees and cases ahead of you guys!!!! how long are you in Canada until now?

please share when u come to Canada and how many months at total past from you apply for refugee claimant inside Canada????
