Not many PPRs for this category but hoping for a change soon. I would like to think they will eventually get to FSW Overseas apps after clearing out the backlog for expired COPRs. Still its annoying to see them prioritizing apps belonging to specific categories. US based FSW applicants for instance

I don't mind they are prioritizing to some degree, but I hate the lack of transparency. We cannot plan anything in advance.

I made this thread so we can analyze trends and make an educated guess as to when we can realistically expect a steady flow of PPRs for all kinds of FSW-outlanders.

The issue with prioritizing applications without any logical explanation is that it will keep you guessing. Today it's US-based, tomorrow it will be specific NOCs. They need to treat all FSW applications equally like they are supposed to. Inland or outland, US based and non-US based.

Here is a recap of what we know so far.
I skipped US residents, expired CoPRs and OINP because it's too much work.
Are OINP even FSW-O?

- PPR: Sep , AOR: Jan 24 2019, CoR: unknown
- PPR: Sep 21, AOR: Oct 2019, CoR: India, PO: Montreal
- PPR: Sep 27, AOR: Dec 2019, CoR: Nigeria
- PPR: Sep 22, AOR: Dec 27 2019, CoR: Nigeria, PO: Ottawa

I have noticed those PPRs as well however I think at least a half of them were PNP applicants.

Oh really? Doesn't CoR also determine your VO? I've been curious about this.
AFAIK, in covid time, FSW-O are processed (and stuck) in Canada until the very last step. They are transferred to a local visa office right before issuing the CoPR.
Originally my CoR is Korea and my application got approved by Ottawa. But I haven't ordered GCMS notes in a while.
Maybe someone with recent notes could confirm, or disconfirm.

I am waiting for PPR since march 2020. Got married in July 2020. Me and my wife are expecting delivery in December 2021. So I will have to inform them again and my application would be delayed even further.
I want healthy baby more than PR so I am satisfied with how things are moving for me. I will get PPR if God wants that for me. Forever hopeful ;)

Congratulations in advance on your PPR baby! :)
I am expecting the other kind of happy delivery.

Okay thanks. My CoR is Korea too and I haven't ordered gcms notes yet so I've been wondering about this.

Hi guys, I have a query. I have submitted my ITA application last month and in proof of education, I have submitted:

ECA
Master degree
IELTS

On some forum it is also mentioned to submit transcripts/marksheets, please suggest if missing transcripts/marksheets might lead to rejection?

Honestly, people are expecting PPR rain after IRCC has resolved issues like travel restrictions, contacting of pre and post March 18, 2020 CoPRs, Aghan refugees, etc. but only a few have been issued PPRs. So I doubt if IRCC is really working on our applications.
