Hi legalfalcon,

My AOR is 9th May 2018, my last update was IP2 (Background check) on 31st May 2018 but since then no update, I am PNP-Outland Applicant (Ontario), RPFP fees already paid on 9th May 2018

I am surprised to see that it took 22 days for my application from AOR to IP2 and after that no updates till date

Is it normal or should i be worried....??

i was twice refused UK visa and also nomination to the provinces of manitoba ( because my reference letter wasnt dated) and saskachenwa becuase my reference letter was omitted and money not up to 90days. now i have applied for eAPR. my application is currently at med- passed, criminality-passed, completeness check -passed while security and eligibility is still outstanding. i choose No and Yes to the questions below. did i do anything wrong? or should my answer have been yes and yes?

what can i do if i ought to have chosen yes and yes. pls help

At the gurus, spoke with an agent and was told eligibility review required.....And as underway. Does eligibility review mean same things as eligibility has not started....Or does it mean...they have done it and there is a concern. I am in Ip2 since June 28...passed medicals 4th July.

Pls.should j be worries?

I thought they said before you can move to Ip2, you must have passed eligibility.

Pls reply as.i am going crazy.

IP2 doesn't mean eligibility passed. It just means your file has been opened by an officer for review.

@legalfalcon Hi, Today I called cic agent to know about my application status as I found the same status in my second set of GCMS notes also which was in the first set. My AOR is March 22nd (FSW-O) and I ordered my first set of GCMS notes on May 9th. The second one was ordered on June 12th. Both of them says Eligibility:Recommend passed and rest everything:Not started. Today I called the cic agent and he told me the same thing and added that there is a note added to my file on July 14th that I need to submit a travel history of last 10 years. However I didn't received any such request from CIC so far. The agent told me that the officer will send me this request for an ADR in a short while (maybe withing this week). I am not sure when the officer is going to send that request to me for travel history. Do you think I should raise a CSE in advance and attach my travel history with it without waiting for ADR request?

I’ve got the CBSA notes revealing what the redacted information was. Activity 1 was “Received by CBSA”. Activity 2 and 3 were “Security screening”, changed from “Not started” to “Submitted”. Activity 4 was “Security” - “In progress”.

Note 1 said “C-check submitted for SP”. I guess SP refers to Spouse.

Any additional insights on this? Does “Received by CBSA” mean CSIS is done with my spouse SS?

Our case was processed on Dec 20th 2017 .
Already have paid RPRF 3 months back.
So wil my spouse's unemployed create misrepresentation in the case ?

Can anyone shed light plz

Ordered GCMS notes twice. In 1st notes it was mentioned SECURITY SCREENING. In second notes it was mentioned only SECURITY, it was in February. Dont know how long it will take. I wish it is over asap at least pain of long wait is gone forever.

No, the CBSA and CSIS usually get the files when the eligibility is passed and the security commences. First the CSIS will complete the security screening and then send its report to CBSA, who will then submit the final report to IRCC.

No. It is the day you submit your application that your info is locked. However, if you change your job or are no longer employed, please inform IRCC in case they contact your employer, but the unemployment will have no effect in your application.

You file is stuck in SS. If you would like to know the progress, consider requesting CBSA / CSIS notes.
