Finally, finally!! I've been working on this since the end of Jan and I can finally send it off tomorrow!! I have not sealed the package yet just in case if there is anything last minute I realize I need or didn't do right. But I am pretty much ready! It will feel soo good once I have this sent...definitely a feeling of relief. Thank you to everyone who has helped me get this application put together. I honestly don't think I would've been able to without everyone's help, advice and tips. I will still continue to be on here once in a while. I wish everyone luck on filling their applications out and hope and pray we all get our visas and resident statuses for our loved ones very soon!!

Ps you made a copy of the entire package right? I've read so many times that people didn't and couldn't imagine the thought of having to rethink the whole thing if anything came up!

The most important things to copy are the forms, as most of the other stuff is probably on the computer...good advice, though...

I actually didn't copy all the forms! I did copy some of them though like dates that I might not remember cause I had to fill out some back and forth travel we did 13 to 15 years ago...ugh...what can come up? like them saying I put down something that I didn't?

Don't want to be negative...but I mean if the App was lost or something...I've read about it before.

I just copied the entire package....also because I was proud of it lol and in case they lost it.

Things will be fie, just thought I would guest it if you hadn't already mailed it. ;D

I copied all the forms now...it does feel good to know it's copied now...was going to go to the post office but now I'm going to wait til tomorrow. I was going to go right after picking my son up from the school bus stop but then I had to copy, lol. And it's not easy running errands with a 6 years, 4 years and 3 months old in the rain. So tomorrow it is. Thanks for telling me I should copy though guys...wouldn't have felt good if I had mailed it off and then saw you guys mentioning to copy just in case...this is the reason why I'm not sealing this package until I'm about to mail it.

Days leading up to sending the app, I was freaking, double and triple checking everything. Then the actual day came and it was an all day event, copying it, when I finally had to let it go it was bitter sweet...but of course more sweet!

Celebrate tomorrow night, cause this is a huge accomplishment and the start of the rest of your life!
