Not an expert.....but at least it will bump it up. But in my letter from Seattle it gave direction if you want to personally take in. It is so far from me...or I would have. Hope someone that knows more...can guide you.

If at all possible pay the complete thing......from what we have repeatly have seen on here there are months of a delay. And also have seen where it was payed in two installments ( before they needed it) AND still asked for payment. It just seems like if they do not have it all in your orig...

OMGoodness ...now that made me laff. I feel ya and mines only been 3 weeks since they rcd it( passport) I am not getting a twitch...but I started a nervous habit of fiddling with my hair. Bloody hell I will not look like my passport pic...cause I will soon be bald.
