@legalfalcon - We did upfront medicals ourselves in Nov and then received medical request from IRCC just after 3 days of medical completion. From then, we raised multiple webforms to get our medical updated but it still shows as medical result not received, I understand that IME tracker number is different and now it needs to updated in file manually by IRCC but is there any way to contact IRCC and get it updated? From past 2 months, we have raised multiple webforms but all in vain. Please suggest how can we get our medicals updated. Thanks in advance.

Most likely yes. However, check your GCMS notes for more accurate details.

Can you please tell me by reviewing them what is the logical next step for CIC as per the note? is anything pending?

is security pending ? As security date given is 30th March 2022, so can I expect COPR before that?

I already have passed my remed 45 days back. also as per bellows the assigned to section is blank, what does it mean sir? thanks for your insights.

Asking because my medical will expire in Mar 2022 and if I receive the Portal email before its expiry but dont receive the ECOPR by Mar 2022, will they ask me for another medical? Thanks!

I need some help in filling the Schedule A form under the Personal History (8) and Addresses (12) question. I have applied under CEC category and have been requested the schedule A form without any gaps. Please help.

1. I have been with only one company A since 2016 and went to the United States on Business Visa for 3 weeks in 2018 for company purposes. Do I need to mention the duration of 3 weeks in Personal history as I was still employed with same company A till now?

2. I have stayed for 3 weeks in a hotel in the United States but my permanent address was never changed in my home country. Do I need to mention the hotel address and details in Addresses in 12 as it was for 3 weeks duration?

3. Shall I mention the details of the last 10 years only or I shall include the personal and address history from my 18th birthday year onwards till now?

Provincial nomination needs to be verified and until then the application has been parked.

An application os only closed after COPR is issued. The details fo the COPr and PR visa, if application will be listed in the GCMS notes, after which it will be closed.

I have one more doubt about the address history.
Below are my address details, but I have mentioned the latest month-year (2011-06) which completed the last 10 years requirement in application though I have been staying at Address A since 2007-09 which I did not mention earlier thinking they need only last 10 years address stay.

Address C from 2020-02 Till PRESENT
Address B from 2012-07 till 2020-02
Address A from 2011-06 till 2012-06 (Actually stayed since 2007-09 till 2012-06)

Now, I am not sure if I should correct this to 2007-09 in Address A in the Schedule A form as my old passport was done from Address A in 2009-10 which has US Visa stamp and was used for travel to US. Is this an issue and I should correct the address dates now? Please suggest.

I have applied for OINP and waiting for nomination.

I am having foreign work experience in two nocs like
1 first cash job two years.
2) current one different noc less than 2 year.

For OINP, I have submitted docs for both the jobs as I am claiming points for 3 years in my present EE profile.

Now, my question is : Can I, after nomination but before ITA reduce my work experience to 1 year only which is the minimum mandatory work experience requirement for EE.

I wish to do so as old work experience was of cash job. I will mention it in my personal history.

I am thinking like that after getting 600 points, there is no need for me to claim points for this cash job work experience and take a risk with IRCC.

As far as I can see from messages posted online, people with AORs in the first half of 2020 currently often receive requests for new police certificates (PCC).

My AOR is August 2020, the PCC was dated July 2020. Should I provide IRCC with a fresh certificate now (without a request from them) or would it only complicate matters?
