BGC = Criminality + Security. Criminality is passed early in the processing whereas security only starts after eligibility is passed. If your BGC is passed, that is just a generic way of saying that your criminality may be passed.

To know the accurate processing details, rely on your GCMS notes.
Sure,Thanks a lot

You do not need to hire a company, a representative, a consultant or a lawyer to help you with your application.

Doing so will not get your application special attention or guarantee it will be approved.

Please whose application has ever gotten rejected because of missing birth certificate of one of the kids without an ADR? How can we go about it? We need help! #askingforafriend

@legalfalcon I just noticed that I made a mistake in the Schedule A form that I submitted around 6 months back. I incorrectly answered the question "Have you had any serious disease or physical or mental disorder?" I marked Yes instead of No thinking it coincided with a different question. This scheduled A form request was sent to me after the "RFV pending medical" notes were added to the GCMS. I passed medicals and now awaiting PPR. The latest GCMS notes state "Applicant has continued to reside in his country of residence" and "criminal record is clear". There is nothing to suggest my mistake has raised concerns. Now after so much time has passed since I submitted the form, what is the best course of action to correct that mistake? or does that even matter at this point? I would really appreciate any help/input from you.

@legalfalcon please answer this question Can Immigration officer count experience I got in Canada while waiting for a decision on my Atlantic immigration pilot program application? Unless they can’t accept my experience back from my home country thanks

Under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, it is an absolute responsibility of the applicant to submit a complete application in accordance Regulation 10 (R10). If any documents is missing, then an explanation for the same and sny supporting document should be provided.

If you submitted an application, and there was a document missing, the application will be rejected.

You can submit a request for reconsideration, but it is highly unlikely that it will be reopened. Instead, create a new profile and get ready for the next draw.

If you do discover a mistake that you inadvertently made, you should swiftly correct it even if it does not raise any concerns.

I am not sure in what contact you are asking this. If you had a worked status and you were allowed to work in Canda, you can claim that experience towards your immigration application.

# of times IRCC reported counsel to any regulatory body for either negligence or incompetence.

2016 was a bad year for RCIC consultants but there seem to be incompetent lawyers out there as well.

Yes you can, you can request both in a single GCMS request. For GCMS - It doesn't matter where the application is being processed.

While filling the consent form,I have included my spouse info as well(UCI) as he is a dependent applicant in my PR.So does that mean, with the gcms note I requested, I will get updates from our PR application and SOWP?
