@legalfalcon . I am an FSW- Outland applicant. As per the latest GCMS notes I got, my "Final" status is approved and I passed everything. My application status is still open and I haven't got yet a PPR email.
I got an email titled "Sue Day" from "
survey+irccclient_2021@advanis.net" and it says
"You have been selected to take part in a Government of Canada survey!
We would like to hear about your experience with Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada. Our records indicate that you have recently received a decision from us on an application.
The survey is voluntary and will take about 15 minutes to complete."
I have some questions about it:
-1- They said that "Our records indicate that you have recently received a decision from us on an application." Does that mean that I may get the PPR soon? What does that indicates? I haven't received anything from them yet. MyCIC account doesn't show anything new in the "Final Decision" section.

But again, I haven't got a decision officially from IRCC, except the info I know from my GCMS notes.
-3- On my GCMS notes, on my first page, the Primary office is CPC- Ottawa, and the Secondary office is my LVO. What does that mean? Does this indicates anything?
