Please advice on the following:
My AOR is October 10, 2019 and the due date was April 10, 2020. We are a party of 3 with me as PA, my spouse, and my daughter.
Although I was not serving in the army, I was requested military records on March 6th, 2020. They gave me only 7 days to submit the documents and I uploaded a letter of explanation saying that I was not serving in the army because I was a full-time student and also translated copy of a certificate from my country specifically saying that I did not serve in the army. I received GCMS notes recently and found that my eligibility, medicals, and criminality are passed, but security not started. I examined the notes carefully and concerned I might be in security screening, which at the current situation may take even longer than it was taking before.

As you can see, after the eligibility is passed (activity 7), the activity 6 says non-compliance and this is one of my major concerns, given that the notes were generated 1 month after eligibility passed.
I am aware of what does 15(1) means and that page was removed, I included it in the screenshot to give you an understanding that this was applied to my notes. Also, my other question: does the sole presence of some information hidden under 15(1) indicate one is under security screening? Or, if someone is selected for SS, the GCMS notes will explicitly say "Security screening" under notes or activities?

i have a question for @legalfalcon . i got ITA in April 09 and i filed (AOR)my case on April18 as well as BWOP on April 18. as my current pgwp was expiring on April 24. i started working for a company from May15 ,2017 and i was compling my 3 years on May 15,2020. however , the system already gave me 3 years points. i was few days short as my profile said i was currently working. i still applied for immigration in order to benefit with implied status . Technically , if cic doesnt consider date i have 3 years . as they only see month and year. after May 15 , i managed to get updated letter from my employer which covers all 3 years. what do you advise in this situation. my application is still in process

Don't go by the activities, see the notes in the last 4-5 pages. Only when your eligibility is passed by an officer and it has been 2 months since, then you may be in SS.

If your eligibility is not marked passed by an officer, then your security may not have even started.

Currently most applications are pending and no work has bene done on them.

The review required is for the officer to review the application after the requested documents have been received. There is nothing concerning in the notes so far.
