Dear legalfalcon sir

I submitted my adr of current relationship status - legally separated and Imm0008. I also provided dvrce documents true copy, translation and affidavit by translator.

After 4 hours of submitting ADR cic has raised new adr and asking for dvorce certificate, they have given 5.months time for it.

Please guide what to do,, shall I raise cse and provide affidavit to exclude her from family.

since then there is no change/update
ordered gcms notes 3times, everything on second page say
eligibility-not started
criminality- not started
security- not started
mis info sharing- in progress .. this is for spouse, though he has never been to US or applied for US visa, in all three notes the status is same.

last notes ordered on 1de received on 1jan, 2019 say
**BULK NOTE**: This application is in queue for processing and an email has been received related to this application. Please verify Economic Not Started folder if no subsequent note is entered pertaining to email received.

what does this note mean, if this means file is in queue for visa officer to review. then i do see on forum who are in this queue either stuck since more than 1 year or got their visa after 1.5 year or so.

but my file is not under any review required except statuary review which is normal.

can you please shed some light that why there is no movement in my file and does file under this economic queue take this long?

i have ordered another notes (4th) today i.e 1-feb, 2019.

It was my boss. He was head of engineering for the company. I believe the problem was that the letter was already in English, because everything else checks out (company letterhead, job description, hours, salary).

The specific note is a general note entered in multiple files and it merely means that your file has been queued for review by an officer. As regards the info-sharing, there are many partner countries with which Canada shares info, so no need to worry on that front.

NDVO is a the slowest LVO. Have patience.

Most likely the document that you sent may not have been added to the file, when the ADR was sent. Respond to the ADR and provide the same documents.

Our Work permit is expired and currently we are in restoration period. We have submitted applications for restoration of status and LMIA exempt work permit. You are right i was eligible for BOWP still i was refused. My concern is when i go to the COPR interview. Being on restoration status will it cause any issue?

Does your notes say if your file has been transferred to UK VO?
Usually when there is a visa refusal for any country, CIC sends the file to that country for further security checks and that delays the process....I have seen files where visa was rejected for Australia and files were sent here...Most have had to wait for 8 months or more to get PR....
I hope that is not the case for you and you receive your PPR soon....All the best!!!

What would happen in case of Canadian visit visa rejection? No impact on the timeline?

Its nearly 18 months security not even started
On my notes activaity 23 and 24 mention submitdelayed, what this mean ??
 
Hey guys, hey @legalfalcon, can you help me out with understanding the following?
In my GCMS notes I have the following status list: Eligibility: Not started, Security: Not started, Criminality: In progress.
However, when I am looking further into the notes, there are like 20+ what is called "Applications" of which at least 10 are related to Eligibility.
There are different values such as: Calculate, Calculation in progress, Passed - Candidate and Not started.
There are different offices such as Siebel administration, gcms system and CIO.

So the CIO Eligibility status changed from "Passed - candidate" to "Not started".

There are also no notes from an analyst on anything besides R10;

Here is the picture to show what I am talking about.
I don't know what is going on with Eligibility part:

I haven't received my GCMS notes ordered on Dec 21
Following was the message I received from GETGCMS support last week

However, in your case, IRCC has acknowledged the delay, and flagged your request as priority. This concludes that your GCMS notes do not fall under any exception, and can be released.

After set to priority how long I need to wait or any other alternative.

Another Question :-
I moved to INDIA from US, and will be working for the same employer.
Apart from Address, Phone No. etc, do I need to tell CIC that I am working for the same employer in INDIA as well.
