The pictures are rejected not because they are not as per specifications, but because the print quality of them was not at par for their scanners to pick it up for being printed on a PR card.

If the pics you re-submit, are still not fine, they will again ask for new ones.

Just as an advise, try and get your pics as per specifications, but for the print, chose matte, instead of glossy finish.

You don't have to have a decision, just send confirmation that you have filed.

I am sept aor and i got an email from london visa office that an interview is warranted on my application and that interviews will be held sometime in spring in Abu Dhabi whereas I live in Pakistan. i dont mind going to UAE just for the interview but the worst part is the wait which is killing me and i dont know why they have selected for an interview i am so stressed and worried. I am trying yo find others in the same situation but cant most people who get asked for interviews are those with spousal applications etc or inland etc. I can hardly find anyone from fsw outland moreover i dont know what is the reason it is really depressing and crushing me... can you provide any info for these kind of scenarios? what is the sucess rate post interview overall etc.? plss help me

Some applicants do get a call for an interview, and most of the time it is just a random selection, which has nothing to do with your application. During the interview, you will be asked to some basic questions, and produce you documents. It is just a short conversation. There is no need to worry.

All applicants I have seen being called for an interview have been granted PR, some even were asked to submit their passport immediately after the interview. Just make sure you carry all documents with you that you filed with your e-APR.

I am from India and have currency in Rs, I have 2 bulk transactions in my bank statement though for PoF I have other amount as well. Do I need to declare about those 2 transactions now or should I wait for ADR?

When you file your PoF, you have to ensure that you meet the 6 months average requirement, unless you show the funds being received as a gift deed or coming from a source such as fixed deposit being matured etc.

If you did neither, you should have explained the source of funds in LoE. See https://www.getgcms.com/blog/proof-funds-requirement-express-entry/

You can either send new documents and explain, or wait for ADR. However, do you have a 'review required' for PoF in your GCMS notes.

Hi @legalfalcon , Like you earlier said, that the decision is definitely PPR. I got a mail from a CSE I raised. I was told my file has been approved.

Hello Boss @legalfalcon.

there is this news flowing around that applicants who submitted thier application with their spouse as non accompanying can now readd their spouses POST AOR as long as a decision is yet to be taken. Boss pls clear the air on this.

we know it is possible to add spouse and kids after AOR if one got married , had a new baby etc.

But Security and criminality of my spouse is pending

I just got CSIS notes from getgcms notes,I feel sad that I am in Security screening,But there is a date saying “”file pertaining to Mr Xx received on November 20 2018””
1-Does that means CSIS received file on 20/11/2018.
2-Does CBSA have finished his part??
3-How much time CSIS takes to finalise Security screening file.

The review required is for a statutory questions, where IRCC asks for if you have applied to IRCC before or have been refused a visa. If you answered yes to a prior visa refusal, there is nothing to worry and soon you will see that your eligibility is passed.

It is live, currently through GET GCMS. Send them an email and they will help you. The service will be live on our new website, with a host or other services very soon. I had to bring along a team of Lawyers, Consultants, and admin staff, to get this done, and as soon as it is launched, we are providing it through GET GCMS.

A parked case refers to a case that has been queued up in a bunch, and awaiting a review by an officer. Most application are delayed because no one worked on them.
