OINP will most likely not cross check, but IRCC will. When you apply to IRCC, make sure you address this in your LoE.

So when I m getting my nomination and after applied for Express entry, what should I consider time frame for my work experience in personal history? will it be Jan 2013 to JAN 2015 (as per OINP) or JAN 2013 to November 2014 (As per previous Application)? and what the ideal LOE should be for this? Kindly guide me.

(1)Do I need to submit bank statements for last 6 months alongwith bank certificates detailing all accounts for POF purpose or only bank certificates detailing a/c opening, current & avg. balance will be enough ?
(2) Someone has suggested me to take reference letter from colleague i.e. someone working at same designation as mine in my department bcz my superiors has refused to give such letter.
Is such letter acceptable if taken from my colleague?
Will such letter supported by appointment letter, deptt. ID card, salary slips etc. be sufficient?

Please advise. I'll be really thankful.

either or if your bank statement lists all the details like, name address, date of opening a/c, avg balance then that's good enough.

reference letter - if you are not able to get in letter head, has to be notarized. appointment letter, salary slips, also if you have any proof that you tried to get an employment letter like email exchange between you and your superiors, can add that as well. if not give an explanation as to why you couldn't get an employment letter in your LOE

it shouldn't matter. i submitted employment letter as well as reference letter from my colleague in a similar position. it was reviewed by my consultants/lawyer and he said it was ok.

By employment letter you mean appointment letter?

letter stating your responsibilities , and how many hours per week you work, salary etc. that is the most important document tbh.
