Hi Legal falcon,

Request your advise for below query:

I received this message:
Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form
(IMM 5669) ( with no gaps) bearing an original signature for you and spouse . This must be received
at this office by: 2017/03/31

AOR date: 16th November.

I dont see any gaps in my e-AOR then why this request ?
Though I dont remember all addresses of last 10 years, hence have mentioned area name for older addresses.

Do you think there is any issue in my application ?
No, there is no issue with your application. When an agent sees some missing links or there is doubt they ask for Schedule A. It does not mean that there is anything wrong with your application.

Does it mean they are going to check all my last 10 year addresses physically ?
No, the schedule A gives the IRCC a detailed insight into your application and they can verify their concerns. They just want to make sure where all you have lived, (as in countries) and get all criminal and other history from those places. Asking for a Sch A is very common and do not be concern with it.

Pls help.

Thanks in advance.

Hope this helps!

Hi legalfalcon,

In my eapr profile i didnt included/added row for high school in education history .
I have only mentioned my master's and bachor's degree . In uploaded documents , I have provided WES ECA of master's degree, bachelor degree and IELTS score and both degree certificates .

Will there be issue that i forgot to include 10th and 12th in education history ? If yes, what can be done about it and how to proceed with CSE

I am from India. My AOR is 28 Feb.

Hello Legalfalcon,

I have been calling CIC today and I was told that they require new photos.Comment for Photo request has been marked yesterday against my file.

I haven't yet received the paper mail request from them but the agent sent me the sample email for photo request that refers to the photo spec and IMM 5455 form.

Should i take the photos and send it along with the copy of this mail and filled IMM 5455 form and copy of COPR ??

Also 5455 form contains Client ID field with the note "For official use only". There is no other field for client or file ID in the form.
Anybody filled in that field? Otherwise how CIC would identify that the photos correspond to my application.

Please suggest

From this it seems that the R10 is cleared. However, I would not pay too much reliance on this. You should order GCMS notes and they will give you the accurate picture. With what you see so far things seem to be going well.

In most education certificates from India the certificates have english and hindi. If that is your case then you do not need a translation as for every line in hindi you have english translation.

If the email you received from an id ending in "gc.ca" then it is a government of Canada email. Usually IRCC sends emails for minor issues like pictures by email which is sent as a batch email and does not have UCI or other numbers. It is similar to your getting PPR email.

Check the id and comply with it asap.

sorry for the delayed reply, but wait until you finish your two years and then file. That will give you enough points and you will get an ITA in the next cut-off.

But I already have an ITA. My question was if I can submit my documents before completing my 2 years. Thanks a lot for your replies.
