2 months ago I had a herniated disc which I mentioned to the doctor in the upfront medical exam, but when submitting my profile I answered No when asked if I've ever had a serious condition.
I'm doing well now and so was I when I had the medical exam.

Should I have answered Yes ?

Should I raise a web form and explain or no need ?

I have not received BIL. and I need to give them as I have never given them before.

There is nothing that needs to be done from your end. The notes will have such entries based on inputs from the officer, which may be incorrect and are corrected.

I would like to ask: I applied 3 months ago for a study permit and work permit for my husband from Colombia, my husband was asked for an additional document which is the form imm0150 details of the police service, since he is retired...the review of these additional documents began on May 8 and we have not yet received a response, however on the official website the time says 6 weeks and we have already been 13 weeks.

The official times are average times, based on your application it can take more as well.

I am the secondary applicant and have already done ECA from WES. Now uploading my ECA (WES) while submitting the OINP application is all that I have to do?

I don't have to authorise WES to share the ECA report with OINP.?

WES will not automatically share your ECA report with OINP when you upload it to your OINP application. You must authorize WES to share your ECA results with the OINP. To do this, you must order an 'Additional Report' and select the OINP as the recipient of the ECA.

If you do not authorize WES to share the information with the OINP, your application will be returned as incomplete and the application fee refunded. You will lose the opportunity to apply to the program unless you receive a new notification of interest from Ontario.

Hi,

I recently submitted my express entry fsw application. In order to submit and pay for fees, I had to withdraw some amount from my credit card and transfer it to the another card since my limit in one cc was not enough. This happened just minutes before submission. I did not declare this in my application. Also, I realized that I had some very small amount of credit card debt (emi) which I didnt declare too. I will clear these debts right away. Even if I clear them, is my not disclosing them on the date of application submission going to be considered as misrepresentation?

I have gotten ADR for military records. I am an Indonesian living and working in Singapore. There is no mandatory military service in Indonesia, but Singapore has mandatory military service. However, since I am a foreigner in Singapore, I do not need to do any military service. I feel that the officer is confused since I am working in Singapore. So, for this ADR, what documents should I provide?
1. A letter describing an exemption for military service from Indonesian police. I am not sure I can get this since there is no mandatory military service in Indonesia.
2. A letter describing an exemption for military service from Singapore police. I am not sure I can get this since I am not even a Singapore citizen.
Is it 1 or 2? or both? Should I just write an LOE for 2?
I only have PCC for Singapore since I have never lived in Indonesia continuously more than 6 months after 18 years old.
