There is mistake in my COPR. My marital status is “divorced” but COPR says “ Separated”. Actually, when I applied I was separated but during the processing I got divorced and informed IRCC about it. Even with a call on IRCC agent it was confirmed that they got my divorce documents.

Just wanted to know that can I have my COPR corrected at the Port of Entrance once I land?

P.S- I noticed the marital status options on CIC reflects - "Divorced/Separated" in the same bracket so does that mean that "Divorced" and "Separated" as Marital status on COPR are one and the same thing? And Even though I have been divorced, the "Separated" status implies the same.

It will not make any difference in the long run as Separate/divorced are taken as the same status.

Maybe you had experience with something similar, I would appreciate your opinion.

I called IRCC yesterday, an agent told me my application is marked (?) as 'about to finalize'. On June 9, 2022, I got a CV/Resume ADR, so I thought I got into SS. However, when I asked her to check my security status, she said that the status is not started, but there was a note regarding the security saying 'appears to meet'.

So there are a few questions:
1. Can security be not started, but in fact, it is in progress or about to be done?
2. Is it possible to have such contradictory notes and status of security? Or there is more likely that the agent read it wrong?
3. If everything is correct, does it mean my security check is done and I can just wait for ppr?

In my signature, there are details of my application just in case.
PS: I ordered gcms notes on May 5, but they have yet to be received =/

Info sharing is separate from security.

As long as the doctor or the clinic is approved by IRCC, you can get your meds done there.

Check your GCMS notes. Your questions are hypothetical.

Hi @legalfalcon , thank you for your response, I highly appreciate your time.
I just received my GCMS notes and that indicates insufficient funds along with that i also see a comment - Ready to finalize
I am the primary applicant and my wife is secondary.
I had shown my wife's bank statements and bank letter outlining the current balance, however, my employee provident fund was not taken into account, thus it seemed to be insufficient funds and eligibility was marked RR on may 6th 2022.

Now I am sending them the latest bank statement of my wife (same as shared earlier with the PR application although this time the amount from this source itself meets the IRCC fund requirement for two people as the overall amount grew since last year.)
along with this, I am attaching my PF statement as well which they did not consider earlier.(trying to keep the documents consistent with the docs shared with PR application)
also additionally, just to be on the safer side and to ensure the total amount meets the IRCC requirement, I am showing a few funds from my bank (a new source that was not shared earlier with PR application) Sharing this because I am assuming they would not consider PF even this time.
I am attaching an LOE explaining that the EPF is a legit source of savings/funds for Indian Employees and would be outlining the specifications of other funds too.

Do you think this would suffice or do I add anything else?
Do the docs shared via a webform get attached to the file immediately?
what is the timeline that I should expect after this?

Doctor on vacation till August

Yes, you can. If they can submit your meds to IRCC and are approved, I don't see a problem. Most likely, the doctor who is on the panel, the med results will put it under his name, and he will approve it.

If your spouse's bank account is a joint account, if not, did you include a letter from your spouse that there is no objecting to the funds being used for the purpose of settlement?
