@legalfalcon : I have ordered my electronic notes (GCMS) using ATIP through my sibling (PR holder) on 21st November, 2021 but have not received it yet. I have also followed up on the status of the request by sending an email on the below email id:
ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca

I have previously ordered the notes twice and they were received by me in 31 and 35 days for the 1st and 2nd time respectively but this time around it has been delayed by a long time. Since my last notes were around 1 year back, I do want to get the latest information on my application. Is there anything else that I can do to receive the notes which I had applied for?

Delays with IRCC are very common. You can file a complaint with the Office of the Information Commissioner https://www.oic-ci.gc.ca/en/submitting-complaint

However, it will take time for the complaint to be investigated and in most cases, before the complaint is investigated, the GCMS notes are released.

You can even file a new request.

I have already received my pr card like 3 months ago. I noticed that my eye color on pr card has been put as Black in instead of Brown (actual color of my eye). My representative put this information without even asking me. What should I do now. And does it matter in any way? Thank you.

I have link my PR application to GCkey and i got an email that said PR card was on way.

When i check GCkey it was showing only my PR card but didn't show my wife and son PR .

I have also got my PR card but not my son and they send one letter for wife card application and we have to send her photo back, i am more worry about my Son PR card because neither he got his PR card nor we didn't got any letter and not showing on GCkey.

Advise please .

Did you individually link all applications? PR cards are issued individually and will have to be linked individually too.

You can call IRCC support and see if they can help.

I received an ADR letter for Fingerprint, Schedule A form and valid copy of passport and they also want "Current offer of employment from Canadian employer"

Now I've been outland since 3 years now (India) and my PNP paper application has been ongoing since April 2018 (Received AOR, Received Medicals, Medical expired, got married, Received ADR ).

Thus, my employer who had first helped me with SINP provincial nomination is refusing to coordinate any further.

Should I just include a cover letter stating that it is not possible for me to get the employment letter? Please let me know your opinion on this

Current Situation:

January 2021 AOR - FSW - O - COR - India

Moved to USA for Masters in December 2021. Got mail for remedical today.

Dont know how to proceed since I am no longer in India.

@legalfalcon can you please guide me on what all do I have to do?

You can get medicals from any country. Just find a panel physician closest to you and get your meds done.

@legalfalcon what do you suggest about upfront medical? I am April AOR 2020 didnt receive any update. Last GCMS note showed Review required on POF which i already submitted updated POF. Very painfull just waiting and waiting. Still dont know upto when we should wait. life is totally stuck.

Do not get meds done unless specifically asked by IRCC. This is because when IRCC sends you a re-med request, an IME number is generated, which is linked to your application. Once the meds are submitted, they are processed and the results are available on the application.

If you get it done on your own, it takes forever for the meds to be linked to your application as the IME is not linked and has to be linked.

Hi sir @legalfalcon Hope you can give your advise. I currently have a student visa for May 2022 intake but at the same time, my PR application was recently approved. I don’t intend to study anymore. I am still outside Canada, and plan to land in a couple of weeks. Do I need to inform IRCC about canceling my student visa and my plans not to study anymore?

when i link my PR card application i didn't know that i have to link seperate application of PR Card for my wife and my son so i have link only my and i have received my PR card as well.

But now i am trying to link my dependants PR Card application but everytime it's show error.

Do i have to make seperate GCKey account for my wife and son or i can link them application with my GCKey, we have same Application number with different UCI for COPR ?

No. As soon as you land in Canada with a COPR, all valid TRV's will be cancelled on their own as you will become a PR, and will no longer need a visa.

Usually linking a PR card is not necessary and neither required since there is no processing as such that happens because the first PR card is auto generated.

IF you have not received a PR card contact IRCC.

I am on an employer-specific work permit which is expiring in May 2022.
I already applied for PR in September 2020 waiting for decision made. I applied through SINP with restrictions on employer.
However, there was an issue with my employer who wants to terminate my employment.
What will happen to me? Can I find another employer? If so, what will be the effect on my PR application?

I was just wondering if I could present the latest non-Canadian ( UAE) bank statement of my savings of approximately 15,000 USD to the immigration officer during the landing formalities, in case I would be asked to submit proof of funds?
I will be traveling alone, I have no dependencies.
If anyone went through the same, please feel free to share.

That would be just fine. YOu can show the funds you are carrying, the funds you have transferred, funds you have in any bank account across the globe or a combination of these.

How do you know that your travel document no is incorrect? Have you received your COPR/Visa
