Hi. Need help.
Wanted to enquire about the travelling (4-5 days of vacation) that we have done in past 10 years.
Do we need to add vacation in personal history or address history??

Just so I understand, disclosing the US visa refusal is sufficient. There will be no need to write a letter of explanation for the marital status error. Is this correct?
YES. Canada cannot obtain a copy of your application from the U.S. You have to disclose the visa refusal. However, if you were banned due to making false statements, then you have to include a LoE.

Also, not all information is shared. Only information pursuant to the agreement is shared.

@legalfalcon Hello, I have a small doubt regarding the processing center, my primary processing center Is new Delhi, and my secondary is Vienna. I have applied for my open work permit from India. Where will my file process now? Initially, the secondary processing center was Chandigarh.

@legalfalcon: My info sharing assessment is in progress for long time but Criminality is passed. I was in USA from 2016 to 2019 and I have one loan which I have cleared in January 2021 as per Dues.

Whether this may be the reason for this delay to change it to pass or there is no relation to loan in this stage? Please confirm.

The WP application has nothing to do with the PR application, they are processed separately.

A loan, even if unpaid is a cliil issue and not a criminal one and has no bearing on the criminality or info sharing.

I have 2 question :

1- agent told me that eligibility passed , no recommended or sth else (I heard that security will start after that) but why security not started ? I also heard some rumors that security is not started till final approval , and will take just few days to a month. Please clarify on this matter.

2- is it possible security is started, but agent(call center) cannot see that till "passed stage" ?

Above personal history table they have mentioned what to include. And they have written Travel, job, education etc etc

1. Officers who have a reason to believe that an applicant may be inadmissible pursuant to section(s) 34, 35, and/or 37 of the IRPA, but need additional information to make a determination, send a request to the National Security Screening Division (NSSD) and screening partners, this is when th security starts. If no one has worked on your file, then most likely the request has not been sent.

@legalfalcon i have mentioned everything in personal history. Small international trips, education, job transfer, school vacation gaps. I hope that is fine.
Just worried because some where on other thread I read not to include short trips in personal history.
