Thanks a lot. Do you have any idea normally how long it takes to pass eligibility if someone has reviews required on pcc
There are no specific timeframe. It depend son the VO and the workload they have.

Hi,
I had 82,000 INR (1460 CAD) in my primary a/c when I created my EE profile. On November 9th one of my term deposits (INR 50000/-, Opened in August) got matured and the amount was credited to my savings account. As of today I have INR 1.56 lakhs in this savings a/c. ( Approx. 2750 CAD).
I also have a term deposits of INR 6 lacs (CAD 10710), opened in September that will mature in march 2021 (This FD was created from the closure proceeds of another FD I had in the same bank).
So presently I have approximately around 13250 CAD in my primary account.
Additionally I have INR 1.25 lacs (CAD 2200) in my secondary account as of today.
I have no big deposits in my primary account from June onwards.
But there is a deposit of INR. 1.5 lacs (Bank transfer from my dad to me in October 2020 in to my secondary account). I don't have any gift deed for this transfer. As I already have enough balance in my primary account for settlement funds do I need to get a gift deed for this particular transfer?

Hello @legalfalcon
Last question Pls: Is that necessary to see a Passed Medical Date (Post Medical Assessment or an Extension) and then get a PPR?

--
Thanks & Regards
No. Many applicants will not see an extension and will get a PPR / COPR which will be valid well beyond the medical expiry date, indicating that their medicals were extended.

If you meet the PoF, you do not need a gift deed.

@legalfalcon Thank you so much for your reply. Last two confusions which I think will clear all doubts.

1.) Is a letter stating my salary is sufficient to apply for my parents Supervisa? or I should show them my income of several months too before applying in order to get SV application approval? Do you think just showing them 1-2 months salary along with letter stating my annual salary from employer is adequate to get the visa?

2.) Is it required for me to show my parents home ties in my SV application to convince the government that they will come back?
For supervisa you have to show that the income you have already earned meets LICO not your salary.

If you earned enough to meet LICO you would have declared your various income sources on your taxes. What kind of proof do you have of your yearly income from other sources?

Hello @legalfalcon

SINP EE EOI :-
Age - 34, 12 points
CLB - 7 (L,S-7,R-6.5, W-6) 18 points
Edu - Masters, 23 points

Experience
May,2011-July,2014 : Relationship Manager in a bank
Aug,2014-till date : Real estate & mortgage brokerage

My profile changed in different jobs. Will i be able to claim full 9 years experience points for SINP ? My consultant says I will be able to claim work expereience points since 2014 only as it has to be same NOC. according to him my recent job code should be NOC 0121.

Please help.

Hello @legalfalcon,
Friend got ITA under PNP. Meet CEC as well. Declared money before ITA in profile. Now got a slot to upload pof.
Can he change it to 0 after ITA to get pof slot disappear because he meet CEC as well (but invited under PNP)? Or just leave the $ amount in profile and write loe that he meets CEC so no pof needed.
Please advise. Thanks.

Hi @legalfalcon I have a confusion regarding my CEC application, when I initially applied for study visa and then for pgwp I did not put any foreign experience because I think that was irrelevant, but now that i have claimed points for 1 year foreign experience and 2 years of experience in canada and received an ITA and applied 3 months ago. Do you think there gonna be any problem?

Thanks

Hi @legalfalcon Thank you for the help you provide. Regarding GCMS notes, when do they start getting recorded?
1. Are the calls made to IRCC before submitting the application recorded there?
2. Are all the changes I make to the documents I upload before submitting application recorded as well?
3. Are all changes after ITA recorded?
I have replaced my uploaded documents quite a few times on the system. Is that recorded before the application submission? Are the candidates questioned on the basis of that?

When in doubt read the original IRCC source:

Financial support (proof of funds) <https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/visit-canada/parent-grandparent-super-visa/eligibility.html>
The child or grandchild who invites you must prove that their household meets the minimum necessary income. The following documents are examples of what can be used as proof of funds:

  • Notice of Assessment (NOA) or T4/T1 for the most recent tax year
  • Employment Insurance stubs
  • employment letter including salary and date of hiring
  • pay stubs
  • bank statements
If you have a tax return for the previous year, you can use that. If you have recently started working or become a new PR, you can show that you meet the POF by getting a letter from your employer.

I am not privy to your documents and if you have a consultant, then you should go as per what your consultant says.
