Eligibility -Passed candidate simply means that as per the profile you created, your eligibility was passed as per you, not that your eligibility has been passed by an officer.

This is normal. Many applicants with advanced degree in sciences do get this request. Just send the request documents.

I need a suggestion please assist:

I had created my EE profile in Dec 2018 and at that time I was having my FSWP score as 67 and my birth date is June 3. I received the ITA on June 25,2019 i.e after my birthday so my points fall to 66.

I got the nomination from BC on June 23, 2019 and I applied via EE profile.

Now, I'm still in the process to file the eAPR but I'm very much confused now because my scores are less than the eligibility i.e. 67 in FSWP but my CRS are well above the cut off points because of the nomination.

My question is, whether the 66 points impact my application as ineligible or my CRS points are fine to pursue my PR application!

I understand 67 points were for the FSWP threshold and the ITA was based on the CRS points. But I'm still confused and worried as I have yet to apply for eAPR!

The 67 points you re referring to is called the Minimum eligibility criteria (MEC). to meet the eligibility you need to meet the MEC and the CRS. i.e. 67 out of 100 for the MEC and the CRS for the cut-off.

I sent all the documents they requested by January 29, 2019. Since then there hasn't been any update
So, it's crossed 6 months since having added spouse and given all the documents.

When you add your spouse, the initial 6 months does not matter, as all the stages have to be re-done and it will take an additional 3-4 months at least. Be patient.

My initial 6 month period before marriage was October 2018 to March 2019.
I added my spouse in November 2018 and submitted all documents by January 2019.

So, it has been more than 6 months since January 2019 that we have seen any kind of update

IME stands for Immigration Medical Exam. For TB, in most cases the applicants will be asked to take the protocol, which includes taking medication for 3-4 months and then re-doing the TB test to determine the status of the TB.

However, this would be better explained by your panel physician. If you only have latent TB, also known as inactive TB, then you only need to be put under surveillance.

However we had already taken the 3 month course for inactive TB and the letter was already submitted to IRCC from our specialist Incoordination wrjh the panel physician.
What does that IME status reason :Not granted mean ?

Even after the security is done, it can take some time for an officer to review and approve the application. Many applications keep sitting waiting for an officer's review. Give it some time and you will hear back.

As regards the GCMs notes, the ones filed in May and June were delayed, but in the last 2 weeks, most of the backlogs for GET GCMS has been cleared.

drilling further in the notes,
found that info sharing with type biometrics is completed,
and info sharing with type biographic has status as NRT, partner has USA

what does that mean, anyone with knowledge on info sharing could help
non us citizen, residing in US

i don't understand these notes

notes 1 has employment verification letter update, i have changed teams internally at job and submitted new letter with everything same through webfrom

notes 2 - date matches with biometrics, but text says name on application changed, old and new values are the same except for place of birth town matches but state is removed in new value

Under law, and specifically under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, anything material is only that impacts your applications, as in if it may help you approve your application and without which, your application may not have been approved.

My work permit is expiring on August 08, 2019 and I just applied for PR under CEC category. I want to apply for bridge work permit.

Can you please let me know what are the documents required to apply for bridge work permit and the process to apply. Please help as it's very urgent.

Also should I apply for temporary resident visa? if yes, how should i proceed along with bridge work permit. Please help.

You are all good. Just wait for a few days and your eligibility will be passed, and then the security will start.
