@legalfalcon you missed my question. Here is it again for your kind attention.

@legalfalcon, we had a remed for my child with a consultant in February. The specialist identified speech delay then recommended speech therapist and normal schooling. So, we thought it would be a straight forward case for IRCC to reach a decision on medical. However, 4 months later medical isn't yet passed. In fact there is no indication that the medical file has been picked. See extract from note below.

2. What else can we do to move the application forward? The due date for medical is already 2 months behind, the 3 months turnaround time for medical with a remed is also past.

yes, you are correct.

If you have applied for an y visa before, you have applied to IRCC before.
Thank you so much for your response. I don’t know why the system put No to the questions in my notes ( 5 and 11) since I explained that I applied for a Canadian Visa before meaning I have applied to IRCC before.

Hi @legalfalcon Thank you in advance for your advice on this-
I applied in August 2018 for PR through CEC-inland. In the first week of June I received PFL stating that the officer conducted a telephone interview with someone at my old company (primary and only NOC i was claiming points for). It was not the person who signed my letter of employment, but another manager. She refused to verify the lead statement and several main duties and the officer states this in the PFL. She was not my manager and did not know I performed those duties or was responsible to perform them. In my response (LOE) I said this and attached another signed support letter from a supervisor that worked with me that re-verifies the duties I claimed. It is not on company letterhead as he doesnt work there anymore as well. Along with this provided his ID and T4 from the year we worked together. I received the employment letter initially and got the support letter because I performed the duties- i tried my best to explain this in the LOE PFL response. What do you think of the response? Further, I may have another employee who works there willing to write another support letter. I have also found a picture taken of me and the person who wrote the first support letter that i sent. As I have already submitted a response to the PFL before the 7 day deadline the officer gave, should I hold off submitting more support (another letter and the photograph)? Or should I raise a CSE and submit these additional documents and ask them to add it to my response?

I would like to know your take on this particular thing. I've done extensive research concerning my appropriate NOC and after inquiring here in the forums and reading I have come to the conclusion that the best NOC for me is 1114 (Other Financial Officers, http://www23.statcan.gc.ca/imdb/p3VD.pl?Function=getVD&TVD=314243&CVD=314247&CPV=1114&CST=01012016&CLV=4&MLV=4)

I worked as an AML/Compliance analyst and my duties fall under the duties of financial examiners and inspectors within NOC 1114. The thing is this NOC entails a large group of financial positions and the duties are separated between positions. 1114 only has 1 duty under financial examiners and 1 duty under financial inspectors. Therefore, my experience letter basically only cover 2 duties of the all mentioned ones.

Do you think this is ok? I'm guessing it should be fine considering this particular NOC covers multiple positions and has the main duties divided.

Hello @legalfalcon, a few weeks back my medicals status went from "you passed the medical exams" to "you do not need medical exams". I just logged into my account and it now says: "July 3, 2019 You passed the medical exam". Could this be some sort of good news?

You are requesting the notes under different Acts. It does not make any difference, only that the exemptions will be different, as in the exemptions are the same, but the corresponding sections under the different acts are different.
Thanks @legalfalcon . I'm unable to understand the difference to the notes section. In the 2nd notes, 'Review Required' sentence & wordings were removed. I was happy that some movement there. However, in the 3rd notes, it's same as the first notes.. All the notes comments related to 'Review Required' came back as is. Not sure which one to really refer to.

After Aor September 3,2018. I been waiting long. I got married on December 16 and informed CIC of my marriage on January 2019 but I don’t get a reply email from CIC to upload the spouse documents.
After a while I called call centre and informed the same and they forwarded me the list of documents needed to add spouse and asked me upload those documents through webform.
By this time I already passed my 6 month period on March 3,2019. I started ordering gcms note and in my first note I came to knew that. Eligibility Review required for past job experience. So I uploaded updated reference letter but they never asked me any ADR till date.
I finished uploading all my spouse documents on May 5, 2019. Till now I am waiting for a final decision. My CiC account says

Eligibility: we are reviewing your eligibility
Medical: passed on September 28,2018
Additional documents: we are reviewing the additional documents you provided
Interview: not needed
Background check: we are processing your background check. We will let you know if we need more information.
Final decision: your application is in progress
CPC: Edmonton

This is my status. I wonder how much more should I wait. Every time I call CIC they tell me that we are reviewing your documents and you have to wait. Nothing else required at this time.

My open work permit is expiring coming August. So I’m freaking out. I don’t want to spoil my 5 year hardship in this country. Please give me your valuable advice. Thanks for the reading

If you add your spouse, then it takes an additional 3-4 month, beyond the 6 months timeframe to process and get a decision.

A RR is just a way for the analyst to mark the specific issue for the officer to review, given you have submitted a revised work reference letter, you are all good.

Just refer to the most recent generate notes.

Any movement is a good news. Usually the Medicals are the first step in the processing. Usually when the medicals are passed, so is R10.

The RR is usually entered by an analyst, which is in the notes at the last 4-5 pages.

Your designation, education does not matter when choosing the NOC. IRCC clearly states:

Note: The applicant does not need to demonstrate that they meet the “employment requirements” listed in the NOC occupational description.

All you need to make sure is that your job duties in your work reference substantially (75% or more) match the Job duties of the NOC you select.

When you respond to a PFL, that is your last opportunity before an officer makes a decision on your application. So you have to gather all the evidence possible and explain it in as simple and eloquent way as possible.

Given that you have submitted the letter and T4, I hope that it will be convincing, however, if you have any other evidence that may support your case, you should sent that too ASAP. A photo may not be that convincing, but your appointment letter, or any other similar document would be helpful, especially if it lists the job duties you performed.

1. No, once the medical test in that will be regarded by IRCC. Only if IRCC requests a new medical, would they consider that.

What IRCC will have to determine is if the condition will pose excessive demand on the health and social services.
