Your notes look good. The Review required is for the funds and your file is awaiting an officer's review. As soon as the officer review's your file, the eligibility will be passed and it will move ahead.

I do not see any concerns.
@legalfalcon
They have mentioned clearly that the funds is more than 15531$ that is required for 2.But why did they put review required and my spouse and I have full time jobs in canada what could be the concern with pof.Do we need to keep the funds availabe in the account till the application is approved?

Hello Sir,

IRCC requested my and my daughter's medical exam for their sponsorship application. However, they have already done their medical for another application (extension to stay application) on 10 February 2019, which is still valid. My wife previously reported this to IRCC by sending a webform. Moreover, when I called the CIC call center the IRCC agent told me they do not need to do their medical again, as the one we did for the other application is still valid.

However, today when my wife checked her CIC online account to check her application status, she found beside 'Review of Medical Results' it is written: 'We did not receive the results of your required medical exam. Check your medical exam request message below for details'.

Can you tell me what's happening?

1. Just because you have military service does not mean you are in SS. You should request GCMS notes. If your eligibility is passed, and it has been more than 2 months after that, this is an indicator that you may be in SS

2. Military service has no impact on your application. It depends on what branch of military were you in. Only if your worked with special forces, explosives, intelligence, your application will need more closer scrutiny, or else, nothing to worry.

3. Each application is different and I do not speculate.
Thank you very much sir. This gives me some hopes as I moved to IP2 on 6Feb and also I got a ghost update on 15 March.

@legalfalcon I received my GCMS notes today and it says "Documents Set for Review: Client Information"

What is client information here and how bad is this? Is this going to cause delay?

The RR is a way of the analyst asking the officer to review the concerned documents. It doe not necessarily mean there is anything wrong.

When IRCC asks for meds, they need the IMEI number, which is there on the sheet that the panel physician gave you. If you no longer have this sheet, then you need to contact the physician and ask for this and send it to IRCC.

IRCC receives thousands of medical reports every day. You have to inform IRCC which report to add to your file.

Client information is the information that you provided in the application,. Before an assessment can commence, IRCC will calculate the score based on your information, very similar to when you created your profile and a score was given. This is one of the early steps in application processing.

Thank you. I actually sent them the IME no. and a scan of the medical info sheet with the webform. Today when I called CIC call center the agent told me the webform has been added to the file and reconfirmed we don't need to do medical again. The agent said the status will be updated later when someone works on the file. However, the message 'we didn't receive the required medical' really made us worried. Is it an automated message that pops up after 30 days have passed? Do we need to be worried?

After the document is added to the file, it can take some time for someone to manually update it. No need to be concerned.

Hi @legalfalcon !
I hope all is well. Thank you for all the valuable contribution you have put into this community. I recently got my latest GCMS record for my permanent residency application under the protected person category.
Under Security there was one subcategory named "security screening" and the result for that one was "favourable".
Under Criminality there was also only one subcategory and the result for the one was "no reportable trace".
And the last note mentioned that the officer was waiting for security screening results (the "favourable" result was updated after the last notes was posted)
Would you think this means that my background check is now completed?
Thanks in advance!
