Thanks. It is the job duties that matter and not NOC. As long as his job duties in work ref letter substantially match those of the NOC selected, he can use it.
The reference letter says he has been promoting business and products.

Okay, thank you I will quote this reasonAlso include the reason why you can't get a work ref letter in LoE, and then include IT returns, pay stub, offer letter etc/
I just wanted to thank you again! Just a quick update. I had sent my documents as advised and actually I did get a quick reply, by email, from my local embassy with the renunciation of the previous (expired) PR card. I had uploaded it in my CIC profile (and got the official document by regular mail afterwards) and today I received ready for visa mail. So thank you again for all your help! You have to follow the process as described in Guide 5781, and then send the proof of this to IRCC in your MyCIC account. Until you renounce your PR status, you cannot apply for a new one. Also, you will have to describe why you should be considered viable to settle in Canada, when you last did not.
Can I quote that this would raise an alarm that I will be resigning immediately and thus would create unnecessarily create unpleasant work environmentAlso include the reason why you can't get a work ref letter in LoE, and then include IT returns, pay stub, offer letter etc/
This is not a legitimate concern. But if your employer has had incidents in the past where such things have happened, you can say this. Can I quote that this would raise an alarm that I will be resigning immediately and thus would create unnecessarily create unpleasant work environment
Sorry to ask again but I cannot afford to loose this job if I don’t get a job in Canada after the PR is issued. What can I quote as a reason or should I request for reference letter from the employer? Please helpThis is not a legitimate concern. Thanks for you answer, my friend got pr under employer sponsorship in Alberta, means he was. Working for one year under work permit and approximately 1 year under the processing time for pnp and express entry. Now he got his pr and got a good job in Quebec. According to what I understand he can move. Thanks againIf your friend was a FSW, and after entering Canada as a PR, he can move to any part of Canada, including QC.

1. IRCC only requires a work reference letter which should be on a letter head and signed by a HR or your supervisor. If you do decide to provide additional proof, such as IT, pay stubs etc. they can be computer generated.
2. No. IRCC only requires that you should that you have the funds available. see https://www.getgcms.com/blog/proof-funds-requirement-express-entry/
3. No proof needed. The addresses are required to do your BGC.
4. LoE is only to explain something that is missing or needs explanation. Only if there is an issue you need to explain it, and add additional documents if required. Also, the LoE should be no longer than 2 pages. If you can't explain something in 2 pages, its not worth explaining, or there is a big issue with your application.
5. No.
Read that. So youre suggesting keep LoE upto 2 pages, but can append important documents along with (so i will attach stock sale document to LoE)See my answer to simpler question above. https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/thank-you-legalfalcon.408185/page-549#post-7457087
