Hi Legalfalcon,

I have got letter from bank for proof of fund requirement but that letter does not show my current balance and also not average balance over past six months.

The letter states account opening date with my name, passport number, account number and a sentence that account has been since conducted satisfactorily.

In addition to this, I am submitting past six months bank statement. (This bank statement is not continuous i.e. in actual they are 02 tri-month bank statements).

For source of funds, I will be submitting my salary slips and one email from tax refund authority (as it was a big amount for tax refund).

Appreciate, if senior members can advise whether the above submission will be sufficient?

I do not have any information or reason for rejection neither is there any stamp on my passport nor any other document. Just one email from the Visa agent that your visa has been rejected by Singapore authorities.

What should I submit for the following question ?

Has ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

Is just the answer that "Yes. Singapore Visa. April 2017" enough ? or do I need to provide any justification ?

When I compared both breakdowns of scores, it looks like I did not get points for my CRS education score at the end which should be 15,

In CRS tool, it's giving me CRS-Education 15 points whereas in my profile it's showing as 0, does this mean there's a mistake in calculating my points, or maybe I might have entered details in wrong way.?
I only have 2-year diploma here in Canada

Also, can you please advise, if I need to get my 12th-grade WES evaluation which is from back home? Is there a chance that I may get additional points for that as well along with my 15 points for 2-year diploma course or they will only consider the highest education?

I just received my 3rd set of gcms notes with following status:

Crim: Passed
Medical : Passed
Eligibility: Passed
Security: I

My aor is 17th july 2017 and r10 passed on 29th july. I dont understand what is meant by "I" in security section. I am not able to find security screening in my notes though under security section updated is mentioned and whole page is redacted under section 15.1 on right corner. I am specifically looking for SS. Due date supposed to be 5th jan 2018. Kindly guide is it all related to security screening and I should wait for long now? Thanks!

For my case, I specified the particular visa refusal, i.e. Singapore Permanent Residence applied on dd-mm-yyyy, refused on dd-mm-yyyy. Reason of rejection not stated on the letter (please see attached letter)

A query on the processing, particularly BGC, of a couple not living together, that is, staying in different countries.

Is the BGC for both done in the PA’s LVO or where the applicants (PA and dependent) are residing?

My file (I am the PA) is already in SGVO and I recently added my spouse who is residing and working in India. Will his BGC be done in NDVO or in PA’s LVO? Just to add, my husband is a state government employee for 8 years. We are still waiting for our first set of GCMS notes.

It was a business visit visa. I was supposed to attend a training there.

I did not receive any letter from authorities for rejection. It was just a simple text email from my office Admin that my Visa application is rejected.

That’s ok, but it will be better if you put the specific visa type and the date of application, if you know it.

Can you please help me regarding my file, I don't know what to do.

I Submitted my application on March 28th, under EE, PNP (OINP).
R10 check and medicals passed on July 14th.
Since that day, my background check just shows Not applicable.
I ordered GCMS on november 23rd, I received them today.
I was surprised that file was transferred to Paris VO on August 10th, but not single activity was done at Paris since then.
GCMS notes show Criminality : Passed - Medicals Passed.
But Eligibility and Security: Not started
The latest notes made by case analyst at CPC, everything is ok, ready to finalize.


PS: During my application being processed, I changed country of residence from Oman to Tunisia, I informed IRCC about and they acknowledged the receipt of the same.

Please advice what should I do, emails to Paris VO did not help, they do not provide any information other than: We are processing, please wait.

WOuld online banking (interac) for one of the indian banks - HDFC, ICICI work?

You will contact your bank and see if your have the limit to make the payment. Or use someone's else's card.

For the military record, of an applicant has served in the military at any point in his life, the information has to be provided to IRCC.

What NOC you have is not at issue at all. Applicants with NOC 4011 have successfully receded OINP nomination and PPR. I worked on an application 2 months ago.

If the bank letter does not give average balance and current balance, then the last 6 months and an explanation in LOE will help. There is no requirement for providing source of funds, but you can add it.

This would suffice.
