Then I seriously don't know what is going on, as I don't have access to your account. Just make sure that what you do, you keep things safe and secure and provide all documents required.

I guess it happened during the A 11.2 check. this is exactly what happens during this phase where the officer / agent reviews the documents and calculates the scores according to the documents and the references from WES and IELTS website. I really don't have any other explanations.
I have got everything that i submitted.
It is however very interesting that if you be as conservative as i am and trying to play it safe and claim the least points when you are not sure, they will increase it if their assessment shows that you can earn that point.

If a child has two citizenship and hence two passports, do the two passports have to be uploaded because I want to upload just one although declare the two citizenships.

You only have to upload the passport which you will be using show your identity and travel document.

The gift deed will depend on the country you are from, where the deed will be executed and finalized. Let me know which country you are from?

Should I submit a CSE for this to provide LOE for not submitting PCC for UK (saying I never visited) ?

If you never visited UK, you do not require PCC from UK. IRCC instructions clearly state:

"Police certificates are required up front and are mandatory for each country (except Canada) where an individual has lived for a total of six months or more."

Since you never visited, no need. If IRCC will need a PCC, they will ask you for one, very unlikely.

When i checked a few days back BG section shows "not applicable".

I have not passed the medicals yet.

I did c a few ppl say that the pccs might have been cleared coz of this . Can u kindly clarify what it could be ?

Coz i jus saw a slight error in the content of my pcc and was about raise a cse when i noticed this. Should i do it ?

The status updates on MyCIC are not the most efficient way of knowing what is happening in your application. A lot of people on the forum have come up with theories (rather absurd speculations on what may have happened), just because it happened in their application. Then someone made up the whole IP1 and IP2, which in my opinion is mere speculation.

Usually the BGC only went in progress once, then from late 2016 it started changing twice, and many people feel that during the first change the criminality is passed, which maybe true. But to know the exact position, you will need GCMS notes. I cannot say anything as there is no hard evidence confirming that the BGC results in BGC and I don't want to speculate and give you incorrect information.
