QUE: Do we have to select the yellow boxes or leave them blank or write N/A? Our answers for those questions are already selected in the box. But we are not sure do we have to select these yellow boxes or not since we selected "NO" for those questions and we will not be submitting any documents for that category. It is from checklist IMM5533. I have pasted a link to open the image since it does not allow me to paste the image itself.

No. As a condition of the WP, you can only for for the employer whose name appears in your WP.

If you work for another employer, in or outside Canada, you will have to declare that in taxes and may be in breach of your WP conditions.

We have been requested to provide the officer with an intention to leave letter. Could you please how I could structure the letter? Is there any template out there? I really need your urgent and kind help since this affidavit is almost the only proof we can provide the officer with.

I do not provide templates, as it falls under the definition of legal work, and since I am not representing you, I can't provide one.

Also, copying templates is not ideal as you have to list your individual circumstances.

I have received ADRs for remedical, schedule A and PCC. i need to upload 3 files in total, however I have 4 upload slots. The PCC slot is duplicated "police certifcate" without mentioning the country name. In the letter they specifically required a fresh PCC from my home country only.

Should I upload the same PCC twice in both slots and raise a webform OR sould I report a technical issue and wait for a response before uploading the PCC ?

The deadline is the 27th of June.

I tried checking and am still a bit confused, should I provide them with new medicals? or should i send them webform that i did upfront medicals and i submitted them last year which are lestt then a year old. ? please advise

and expecting COPR in few days (passport submitted already )

My passport's first page lamination paste is not proper, some wrinkles are there and at some points it is not securely attached.

Will it make any affect on visa stamping as this ''the laminate on the bio-data page must be securely attached'' is mentioned in RFV.

if yes what are the further steps to change passport number or get the renewed passport stamped

My parents hold Supervisas (approved last September) they provided their medicals a month before, i.e. Aug 21. Due to some reasons they couldn't travel and now are planning to travel in September. Would their be any issue related to expired Medicals?

I am applying for my wife's sponsorship PR. The questions were from Checklist IMM5533. I have answered the questions in the checklist as " NO" . Since I will not be providing any documents for those questions, Do I need to select main Checkbox in IMM5533?

Hello

I am post AOR (EE FSW outland). Received schedule A ADR. I am stuck in question 10 regarding governmental positions.
12 years ago, I have worked as a junior pharmacist in a governmental healthcare centre that falls under the ministry of health, and never had administrative position. Now I am residing in another country for many years. In my e-APR application I mentioned this job under personal history and chose "employment" not "government"
Now, I am confused whether I should have considered it a government position or no? And what to do in schedule A question 10? Am I considered a civil servant? Should I correct this information? Or write none in governmental positions?
