Sadly, last communication I got from IRCC was a request to submit schedule A on June 2021. After that I ordered CSIS notes but never received them because CSIS replied that my security is still in progress. Also I ordered CSIS notes a month ago, and they sought extension because of the reason a mention in previous message. To sum up, there is no positive feedback from IRCC in meantime.
P.S I even have not received"We are processing your application...." email last month

@ViAchKoN As per the GCMS I received in September, security is pending for spouse and me. The last opened the file in April 2021. Hope the screening ends soon for you. All the best!

@legalfalcon For police certificates needed for Express Entry, is it okay to submit one that was used for applying for an Australian visa? The police certificate does say "This certificate is issued for the holder for use in Australia" ... but I haven't returned to that country since I left. Thanks for your advice.

@legalfalcon can you tell us how long usually it takes for Ircc to send PPR after a remedical is given passed ? Many of our applications are pending for a final review to complete before they can issue PPR. So how long approximately should it take sir ?

There is no stipulated time frame as such. It will depend on many factors such as the VO, workload and the priority IRCC is dealing with.

If the PCC was issued for a specific purpose that is listed on it, then IRCC may not accept it. You can submit the application and include an LoE and ask IRCC to let you know if it is not acceptable then you can get a new one.

Is there anywhere I can read about "enhanced security screening" and is there is any difference between enhanced and comprehensive ss? Although I don't a reason why they put me under this process (I applied when I was 25 years old, after 3 years I graduated from university, never was in army), I would like more about this type of security screening and would appreciate any source where I could find more information about it.
Also, should be I worried about it or this is a normal process and just I am unlucky?

Words such as enhanced, comprehensive are just generic words suggesting that your security screening will take longer than normal due to additional checks.

1. My file is still not reviewed by an officer but I see the security is already in progress as I see s 15 (1) in the assessment section and also in the admissibility, with notes redacted. Can they initiate security before an officer reviews the file? According to your previous comments, I understand that security is initiated only after the eligibility is conclusively passed. The latest notes were by a case processing agent.
2. My application assignment is also blank what could be the reason for that. Is it just an omission or is my file not been assigned to anyone yet?
3. Which VO evaluates the application since my file was transferred to Rome. I understand the primary VO is generally the one that sends ur PPR and secondary evaluates the applications but since my file is in Rome now will the final evaluations take place there?

If you are not claiming points for a foreign educational degree, you do not have pro provide a ECA. However, you will have to list it in your personal history. Also, make sure that your Canadian education is recognized.

If you are only claiming pints for your Canadian education, you only have to list that in your education section and there is no need for any other educations or for a ECA.

However, make sure that you list all education details, including your foreign education in your personal history section, as well as you ensure that your Canadian masters is from a recognized institution so that the points can be given to you.

As per the IRCC requirements, only the IELTS report reference number is required and not a physical scan of the report. The same is true also for the ECA.

However, many applicants add a scanned copy of the IELTS and ECA just in case if the reference number in incorrectly entered.
