I use a representative in the process, they were Janet Bomza, so all the required docs was given to them and they'll mailed them to the visa office. But as of my knowledge the mailing address of Singapore visa office is :

Canadian High Commission
Immigration Section
Robinson Road, P.O. Box 845
Singapore
901645 Singapore

Thank you God and thank you all for your guidance and support...we received our passport today, it was issued on Sep 7, 2009 and valid for exactly 1 year after our medical. It is like a dream come true, it only took 6 months to finally received our 'golden ticket'...: )
