She got her Visa!!!!!!
Seriously......Thank you to all the regulars here. You all helped change our life.
We tragically had to separate due to circumstances beyond our control and because of all sorts of complications
it didn't seem likely we could apply for a Visa.
But I found this board through Google, asked a few questions and everyone was so amazing to answer all our questions in detail. We put together our package, sent it off and had to wait.
In The Philippines it says the waiting time is 10 months + 2 for Sponsorship!
Ours was 3 months + 2 months.
Our application seemed complicated.
She's married in a country that has no divorce and it was for only 1 day. There's a child involved with
a father that is nowhere to be found.....
We applied common law but half the time we were staying in a new guesthouse every 3 days while on a 4 month vacation. So the proof of residence was over 100 different receipts in foreign languages.
It seemed like a very unusual application!
I'm saying all that for 2 reasons.
1. If you case is complex there's always hope. Our Visa came 7 months early and no interview
2. If you have any questions no matter how small or complex they are.....people here on this message board are amazing people and are here to help only through the goodness of the hearts
God Bless you all!
