Hi Asivad and other Seniors,

I have a question regarding POF, I am submitting the following documents as POF, please let me know if these are sufficient?

1. Balance certificate from Bank. This certificate includes my Current Balance, my name and address, bank name, address, contact details and logo. Signature of the branch manager and stamp of the bank.
2. Last six months account statement from bank containing all the above said details and account open date.
3. Notarized gift deed from my father.
4. Notarized affidavit from my father.

The balance certificate from bank does not contain the average balance of the last six months, thats why I have provided the account statement from last six months, is this ok?

Yes. No harm if you add an LOE to explain/highlight the gift funds again.

The clinic would know that, just inform them that you need it for immigration. Typically Non-EDE Worker.

Hi Asivad and other Seniors,

My file is with LVO, I have recently been requested for PP Bio pages of myself and other dependents.
Also, they have requested height (in CM) & eye color for all.

Is it usual request? Although, I already provided the bio pages of Passports.

You cannot apply for BOWP until sometime in Jan '17 depending on the exact date of expiry of your WP. Hopefully you'll get your PPR much before then.

All the best!

Hi Asivad and all,

Right now I only have 25 days to submit my eAPR.
the problem is I requested a PCC from the UAE embassy in Egypt as I am no longer a resident in UAE and submit all required papers by them. However, they didn't give me any receipt and it should be ready in maximum 30 days. Now it's 37 days and still no news and still no one is replying our queries from their side.

What ca I do if they didn't submit the PCC on time?

One more thing, all my reference letters are mentioning my title, working hours, monthly salary, work periods and so. is this enough? it doesn't mention contract or permanent job except my current one "contracted for one year"

Thanks

Thank you so much for your prompt response,on Tuesday i called to cic call centre and spoke with one good agent and i asked my application status and he told me everything is passed and completed but security is on going,so my question is since june 30 my bg check is in progress, does it mean security checking is started ?How long does it to completed?and even in my notes there is a blank,i forwarded in your email my notes last couple of weeks ago to see my security is started or not,
Regards
Rabin

Hi Asivad,

Isn't bank statement of his father needed to show the transaction?

No harm in submitting that as well to prove actual fund transfer but the 'incoming' transfer could be considered proof in itself. And I'm presuming that gift deed/affidavit clearly mentions transaction details including bank information of both sender and receiver.

Hi Asivad,

I got married after COPR and when we went to the clinic to do new medicals they put her under family-EDE. Reckon that could be a problem?
