Hi guys,

Could you please clarify on the below mentioned case:

I traveled from Country-A to Country-B on 16th June and reached my destination on same day. But during my return, I started from Country-B on 7th July and landed in Country-A on 9th July due to a layover of 12 hours. I also took a transit visa and roamed around the city for a few hours during my layover on 8th July (dates are as per the entry and exit stamp on my passport).

How should I mention my travel history and address history (as no gaps are allowed) in this case as I was travelling on both 7th and 8th July?

Detailed contact details of my supervisor(his phone/email/designation/name/)
Signature of my supervisor
URL of Personal webpage of my supervisor on the official website of employer
Official Seal of the department

And all of this on the official LETTER HEAD Of the employer containing all the details like year of estd. (1956), complete name/address/phone/email/website/FAX/)


is this going to be sufficient or do I need anything else to prove my work experience?

Please advice as I am about to submit my application in few days(deadline 19th dec)

Provide travel history based on actual dates of travel. This trip shouldn't appear in Address history, your address in Country A covers the entire duration of the trip.

No specific statements required for term deposits, IRCC understands how those work.

That specific statement is good to have but not mandatory.

Can you please advise,

I have a question regarding the Post-graduation diploma I completed in Canada.

My program was 3 years long, but because I was a master's from India I got credentials for one year and I completed my course as a fast track course in 16 months which was the remaining program in almost 2 years.
My question is what is the number of year I mention in my profile for the following question Complete/full academic years? 2 years or 3 years? How can i verify this? Will I be eligble for 30 points or 15 ponits?

Thank you for continuous help. A few months ago I consulted with you re new marriage and what's the best/easiest way to get the wifey in my application. I got married and notified CIC of marriage before landing and now we're working on the forms/requirements they have sent us.

- One of the requirements is

Evidence of the relationship between you and your spouse, such as:
- Relationship photos (Wedding photographs depicting all the rituals of a traditional wedding,
wedding reception and post wedding photographs, commitment ceremony photos from outings
together trips, honeymoon, etc.

- If you are living together, evidence such as copy of bills, bank statements, lease agreement,
drivers licenses showing your names and address (10–15 pages max)

Another requirement is providing a completed Principal Applicant Relationship Assessment Questionnaire &
Spouse Relationship Assessment Questionnaire, where one of the questions says:

Provide timeline of dates, photos, and documentation of events in which you both participated in, such as trips and outings.

My question is: are these two separate photo requirements? So in the first we provide photos from wedding/marriage ceremony and all these commitment-related ceremonies, and in the 2nd I provide some photos from our dates/outings/activities within my answers of the questionnaire?

Thank you again! I plan to do a thread explaining detailed requirements of getting a spouse into EE application post AOR and my experience with it, as it would have helped me personally to know all these questions before as they've only given us 7 days to complete all requirements (!).

Tax documentatios are to be provided only if IRCC specifically asks for them at a later date. Not mandatory submissions upfront.

I have one more situation at hand: Can you please tell me if I need to put my biological father's name in family info. It has been 3 decades since my mom's separation and we haven't kept any contact with him since then. Plus I have absolutely no idea about his Date Of Birth / Date Of Death.

I just got an email in on my account that, you application has been received and the status are either "not started" or "not needed at this time" currently. What is the next step ?

When do you get an AOR ?
